My Happy Hour Group chose WCG last week and we were all 'happy' we went here. We sat in the bar area and had great drinks and food. The server/bartender gal was very experienced and extremely attentive. When we left, the entire bar area was packed, for a Tuesday, I was impressed. First time here, party of three plus a toddler for Sunday lunch. We were greeted and seated immediately. Y'all, the music was perfect for me! That 2000's R&B :) Anywho, the menu selections were lookin so good!!! We ordered the artichoke appetizer and it was covered in Parmesan and the dipping sauce was delicious. Next time I'm going to have to try the crab cake and all of the chips and dips. I ordered the Famous Chicken Salad, it was fresh, delicious and huge, enough for two of me. And that yogurt sauce was soooo good! I was skeptical so I had it on the side, but ended up pouring it on the salad anyways, cause it was that good. I also ordered the golden beats side dish, it's seasonal. Order if you like beets. Our server was super friendly and attentive and patient with the toddler. Sat in the bar today and our waitress (blonde braid and glasses) was AMAZING! She handled the entire busy bar and she was so fast, attentive, and kind! We had the filet Cobb - just heads up the steak is served cold and pretty rare so be sure to clarify if you want it cooked different. The chips and salsa were incredible. I enjoyed the food a lot the sandwich was just not what I expected I guess. It tasted just like a hamburger. The cucumber fizz however definitely one of the best mocktails I think i've had out. I went for lunch and had the Southern chicken salad- delicious!! The best chicken and croutons in all the land. For dinner a separate occasion, I had the Salmon New Orleans and a delicious dirty martini... the bartender was fantastic! Highly recommend WCG. read more

The atmosphere in the place is beautiful! Ambiance is beautiful and the decor is very pleasant and rich! I ordered the salmon the first time I went, which was really tasty but I wouldn't recommend Spanish rice with it! The chocolate Martini is delicious! And yes what I should have ate first was the dessert: white chocolate brownie! First time I had it, came serviced white fudge but the second and third time white chocolate melted into a sauce warmed and served with ice cream and whipped cream!!! I booked here as my parents were in town. It was hard to tell how to dress because there wasn't a clear photo of the inside. When you come be aware that it is very dark, and some seating requires you to go up steps. Our waitress was so nice and sweet. The service was okay however they forgot to bring out our appetizer and water which was a bummer because I really wanted to try the artichoke. Our entrees came out fairly quickly, so we just asked them to just cancel the artichoke. The burger BBQ bacon burger and the crab cakes were the highlight of the meal. The fries were also cooked to perfect, and our waitress recommend the pumpkin cheesecake which was amazing! Such a good recommendation. Overall, 4/5 stars I would come back if I were in the area, but I don't know if I would go out of my way to eat here again. read more

I reviewed WCG 10 years ago (wow!) and am happy to say it is still going strong. As an update, now that I am a vegetarian my choices there are much more limited. However, the Quinoa Vegetable Burger is pretty darn good, and the side of fries is always great. The WCG Bacon Bleu Cheese Salad is also good, even without the bacon. The seafood options are much more extensive so the Beautiful Italian usually finds something to fit her desires. But if you don't eat any meat or fish you are limited to a few (still tasty) options. Still a great place to hang out, super-simple decor but comfortable. We have never in a decade had an issue with the service, but the front-desk folks tend to get a little stressed out at busy times, and the estimates to be seated (reservation or not) are always a bit optimistic. I do think that is partly because people already in are enjoying themselves and don't want to leave in a timely manner. read more

White Chocolate Grill absolutely dropped the ball for everyone who made reservations today for Valentines Day. People (including myself) have been waiting 2 hours past our reservation time. And I booked my reservation 2 months ago. Very disappointed and haven't even gotten to a table to eat. There isn't even anywhere for anyone to sit, or stand to wait. Very terrible experience. But, honestly where else can you go when you thought you had your reservation set and booked. I hope they decide to do something for all these people who have been waiting hours. read more

Absolutely disappointed at the manager here at Park Meadows White Chocolate Grill!! As someone who frequents this restaurant, because I live and work in the area, I WILL NOT be conducting any additional lunches here! I was over charged for our 4 vodka soda's at $72 ($18 a drink for shorts) because we added muddled cucumber and mint to 2of them! I was told by the waitress, who went to her manager, that they DID NOT correct the bill! Shame on that manager, and his/her representation of this restaurant and support of this poor waitress! Of course the manager DID NOT even come to my table and talk to us, this person let the poor gal tell us. Not to mention the waitress has only been there for 2 days!! and this is how her manager treats her?! As a manager myself, I feel terrible for her, and for this managers customer satisfaction level. The food was amazing, the service was impeccable and the ambiance was fantastic until a screaming child became the only sound in the restaurant. The waitstaff approached the 2 ladies about taking the child outside to the patio area, but they resisted. Our exquisite birthday dinner was almost ruined by these inconsiderate adults. read more

I have always wanted to try this place out and finally did! Woo! Hoo! Met a friend here for lunch. The ambiance of this place is classy. Great place for a nice dinner or date. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and attentive. Service was excellent. We tried and shared 2 soups. The tomato gin soup and Thai curry soup. Both very delicious in its own way but the tomato gin soup is a must try!! I am hooked on this soup! I've never had anything like it before and I'm not big on tomato soup. And BEWARE of this soup. Must be 21+ to have this soup! Lol Seriously. I actually felt pockets of gin hit me and I did feel a tad of buzzing going on! Lol Because I don't drink much alcohol. I ordered the blue cheese crusted filet mignon and my friend ordered the blackened sea bass. Mmmmmm! So very deliciously scrumptious! We both cleaned out our entrees. The food is awesome and well presented and the atmosphere is upscale, yet comfortable and casual. Get the pesto chicken. It's a great option if you're looking for a healthier meal without sacrificing flavor. Do not skip the dessert, y'all. The bread pudding is to die for and is a hearty portion. Great service and food. We came here on a Saturday night and I really enjoyed the variety of food on the menu. I ended up ordering the black sea bass with seasoned butter, and it was very delicious. Also they have a very large drink menu, and our server did a great job helping us pick out wine and cocktails. I would definitely recommend this place. read more

Came here for our work Christmas dinner and I'm left speechless!! The ambience was great with perfectly dimmed lighting setting a great mood. The only thing I would've liked is a little better music, as the vibe of the restaurant was more upscale but not a big deal lol! Otherwise, most importantly: the food was to die for! I got the Parmesan filet and was extremely satisfied with the taste of everything. Best steak I've had in a while for sure. On top of that, the mashed potatoes had a different taste than I'm used to and I absolutely loved it. To finish off the dinner we ordered a dessert (of course) and chose the white chocolate cheesecake! Truly delicious and super light which was amazing after pounding a large steak. The ambiance of the restaurant is really nice and the food is (mostly) fantastic. The service lacked a bit and so did our ahi tuna appetizer. The slaw and sauce around it was good, but both my husband and I thought the tuna itself was mediocre. However, their ribs are amazing and their mashed potatoes are some of the best I've ever had. The chicken that came with the combo was ok, but not nearly as good as the ribs. We also ordered the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake and it was phenomenal. However, unlike any other cheesecake I've had. It had more of the consistency of a key lime pie than a regular cheesecake and wasn't as sweet. The Graham cracker crumble crust is what made it though. Also, if you're looking for fresh squeezed lemonade, this is the place to go. I was totally surprised! I ordered a lemonade thinking it would just be a fountain drink lemonade option, and it wasn't. Walked by White Chocolate Grill while at the Park Meadows Mall. Very classy decor and we were seated right away. The menu was extensive and offered white chocolate desserts, hence the name. We ordered the Cobb Salad and French Dip. Cobb Salad was excellent and very generous portion. First impression: lovely young woman at the hostess stand; very accommodating, kind and, best of all, left handed! She sat us at a great table outside. Immediately, a young man charged up, before we had even been served water, (Chris??). He rattled off the venue's specials so fast, without inflection and without even getting us water or our drinks orders. Neither of us understood a word from him rapid fire, monotone delivery. Disappointing.... We were going to leave and go to Perry's. As we were getting up, Amada came up, introduced herself and immediately engaged us both. She was obviously highly skilled in guest relations, knew the importance of enunciation, inflection and listening and responding when questions about the menu are expressed. We received flawless service from Amada and the team backing her. The fish entrees we ordered were well presented, carefully crafted and well made. Good job, kitchen! Great Ambience, nice quiet atmosphere and stellar service are some of the highlights of the White Chocolate Grill. The food was very good too. The Cajun chicken sandwich had fantastic flavor without being a spice bomb, and the fries were very tasty. We also had a white chocolate blonde for desert which was delicious. The downside was the price, while it is a nicer restaurant it was almost a 3 figure lunch with a glass of wine and dessert which isn't insane but definitely on the high end. read more

We were really looking forward to eating here but ended up disappointed and unsatisfied. We arrived a bit early for our 8:00 reservation but were seated a few mins later. Things started off fine, but quickly went downhill as the meal progressed. I started with the house WCG side salad, which may be one of the better salads I've had in the past several years. It was large and tasty and seemed to be worthy of the higher price for a side salad. I had the blackened sea bass, which looked good in pics and reviews read on here. I'd have to say it was the worst entree I've had since we've lived in Colorado and may have been one of the worst pieces of fish I've ever ordered. Most definitely not worth the $30 price tag. I like blackened food, but this was Overcooked throughout and was difficult to cut. It was practically burned at one end, and there was no taste to it, other than too much salt. I'm guessing the thick sauce ladled on top is supposed to help, but all it did was maybe drown the salty flavor a bit. If there were crab on top, I didn't see or taste anything of significance. When my wife and I both ordered our food, we were sure to make sure nothing came with tomatoes, because neither of us care for them. At that point, you'd think that when I ordered the confusing Mardi Gras rice for a side, the waitress would've pointed out that the second ingredient has to be tomatoes. Nope. Never said a word. While my wife and I both assumed it would've been some type of dirty rice, we were wrong. It was a too-thick, creamy concoction of rice and I assume tomato sauce. I attempted to eat some to counteract the bad fish, but I just couldn't. My wife had been looking forward to the veggie burger, and while she liked the actual burger, the bun looked like it just came out of a partially crushed grocery bag. Not impressed. The portion of fries was small. Luckily, they were limp and tasted more like cold fries from Sonic than what you'd expect from a nice restaurant, so she didn't even finish the small portion provided. This place committed a major marketing error in declaring their 'Desserts for Two' something that's large and shareable. They could learn something from The Cheesecake Factory next door. Not wanting to be piggish by each getting our own supposedly shareable dessert, we split the White Chocolate Brownie. While yes, it was very good, it was also very small. We both could've used more. So with all these issues, you'd think the service could've fixed them. And it could, but didn't. As the meal went on, service went way downhill. Drinks sat empty. The ketchup that was supposed to come with my wife's fries didn't, and she ate half her meal before our waitress came by. While I sat with my subpar food, I was never asked if everything was ok, which it wasn't. At the end, she asked if I wanted a container for all my rice but never asked if there had been an issue with it. And three different times she peeked at our table to see the dessert hadn't come yet, returned to the kitchen and then to other duties, before we finally received our order. The high hopes we had after my initial salad were quickly dashed. Food and service don't match the high prices and expectations for the WCG. Likely won't be back...unless we want to appear piggish and each get our own 'dessert for two', which clearly isn't. read more
