I took the same script to Publix pharmacy and was over the top impressed with their customer service. The tech and the pharmacist did some research and discovered the PA who wrote the prescription made an error in the dosage. They took the initiative to call the clinic and have a new correct Rx sent to them. The final cost to me was $15.00. The net is I'm finished with CVS!.

This was reported to management who told her it was an "uncomfortable" situation. He would do an investigation in two days when the store manager returned. Are you kidding me?? A female is followed by YOUR employee and we are now two days later and the new response from Publix is we have reported it to HR. If you are concerned about your safety or the safety of your family DO NOT SHOP HERE. I have been shopping at Publix for most of my adult life and never would I think a customer's safety was not important until now. Wow.

The customer service my husband and I recently received here was exceptional. We had initial issues with a prescription, additional questions about the medical plan used for the prescription, and some other questions too. The lady (Marissa? Apologies if incorrect...) was patient, understanding and professional throughout - we deeply appreciated all her assistance. Everything was resolved and all questions thoroughly answered. During our short wait in line we also observed other customers receiving the same respect and care. Kudos to this pharmacy and their staff for exhibiting such professionalism. We appreciate you!

Its a pharmacy. The dispense as needed with valid scripts. Nice and helpful. People get…read morefrustrated when they can't refill scripts for lawful reason. They are bound be laws and regulations, not trying to be mean to every Joe there is. Worth noting, they take lunch at 1-2.
