I took the same script to Publix pharmacy and was over the top impressed with their customer service. The tech and the pharmacist did some research and discovered the PA who wrote the prescription made an error in the dosage. They took the initiative to call the clinic and have a new correct Rx sent to them. The final cost to me was $15.00. The net is I'm finished with CVS!.

The deli floor looks like it's falling apart from what I can see and the kitchen is so small compared to other locations, there's no place to comfortably stand or sit to wait for your order unless you go back outside to wait in your car in which you risk missing your order and what's the point of having items on the menu if you don't even serve them anymore. The customer service my husband and I recently received here was exceptional. We had initial issues with a prescription, additional questions about the medical plan used for the prescription, and some other questions too. The lady (Marissa? Apologies if incorrect...) was patient, understanding and professional throughout - we deeply appreciated all her assistance. Everything was resolved and all questions thoroughly answered. During our short wait in line we also observed other customers receiving the same respect and care. Kudos to this pharmacy and their staff for exhibiting such professionalism. We appreciate you!
