I called, texted, and emailed 5 highly rated companies, 2 didn't even bother to respond. 2 others did respond and came out to give their estimates. It's kind of surprising the different ranges these groups charge. One guy was very concerned about some cement in the tree and had all sorts of excuses - I could only think to myself: it's your profession, be a man and stop whining. Finally, I found Adrian's! He responded quickly to my call, he came out when he said he would. He looked over the services needed, and gave me a reasonable estimate. He and his crew came as scheduled and were very professional in cutting down the tree. I was very impressed with how methodical and careful they were, especially since the tree was near the house! The large one in the front (over 30ft tall) was starting to grow into our pipes while the two in the back (also over 30ft) were growing over the fence and into the neighbor's yard. They were getting to be too much for us to handle, so we started shopping around. We received quotes from 3 different tree removal companies and ultimately decided to go with Tuttle Tree Removal. Not only did they have the best price, but they were very knowledgeable and respectful (unlike another company who blocked my car in all day while removing my neighbor's trees). They removed the front tree first and it didn't seem to take them long at all. They arrived at 8:30 and were done by noon! The other two trees had to be removed on a different day since Gavin needed to use the farmer's field and it had been raining. Once it dried out and he was granted the farmer's permission, Gavin and his team took out the two trees even faster than the first tree. They also chopped some wood for the farmer (so nice!). A week later they sent a guy out to grind all of the stumps down. It was taking him a little longer than normal because he was being respectful and trying to not destroy our flowerbed, so we told him to go crazy with it because we didn't care. I followed their advice and was very happy with the grinding. There was very little trace of the trees when they were completed.
