This place is the best! I've been here a few times and every experience has been great. There seems to one little, older Korean lady running the place and she is quick, personable and chatty. I take two pairs of pants in, they are done four days later and the best part is my bill is under $6! That's for a cleaning and pressing which is virtually impossible to find prices that cheap anywhere else. I'm not sure why anyone goes to the bigger, chain places that charge 3 times that when they can go somewhere local that does an even better job for a lot cheaper. As others have said, the name Snowflake is nowhere on the building so just look for cleaners and you'll be golden. This place is on the southeast corner or Evans and Colorado, next to a Liquor store. **"SNOWFLAKE" is NOT on the sign outside just "Cleaners".** Note: Parking in the back is sometimes easier and you can use the back door. This place is great. She's really nice. It's incredibly affordable. Just picked up an order: $8.20 for 3 button down shirts and a pair or pants. You do the math. Friggin A this place gets 5 stars... I took in a white dress shirt that, *somehow* (I have no idea how) had a huge streak of ground-in either dirt or rust on the back...again, *no* idea how that happened... maybe I brushed up against some car or something. Washing it twice hadn't made a dent in it, nor had pre-treating it. I went here on the advisement of 1 reviewer, and a few reviewers who thought that Dependable Cleaners cost of $10/shirt was far overpriced. I paid $4 (normal dry-cleaned shirts are $1.75), and got my shirt back -- *sans stain*. I'm still boggling about it...I don't know how they got it out. The place apparently does decent business from the # of shirts and items they had hanging up, and the woman at the counter was very polite and kindly, she was pleased I was happy. Isn't that what Yelp's all about?? All it took was 1 review and my Yelp app for what's nearby to turn a potential "fail situation" at 250% the price I paid to a happy customer. I took a very expensive sheepskin coat in for cleaning. Bad idea. They returned the coat to me with a chemical burn the size of a tablespoon right on the back of the coat where my bottom goes. Nice! The elderly Asian woman and I inspected the coat before I left it with her informing her I am fond of the coat. When I inspected it when she gave it back to me, I showed her the deformed backside and she said, "Maybe it was there already." (more broken English) I reminded her we discussed it, said it was not ruined, and said I shouldn't have to pay. She repeated her earlier comment. This went on for four rounds with her repeating her comment. I'll never take another thing, including my party tablecloths and napkins there, much less clothes, ever again. read more

I have only used the dry cleaning part once and it was good, this review is based on the tailoring. Brought a vintage polyester top in to get in taken in, back and sides. Got it home and it was about 1-2 sizes too small after I got it home and tried it on, brought it back and the woman at the desk repeatedly and very rudely said she "told me" it should be bigger and would be too small, which is not true. The mistake was in the way she pinned it in the back, not leaving enough give for the correct fit. I explained to her this was not my first time at the tailor and I KNEW how I wanted my clothes to fit. The woman in charge of the alterations then ripped out the thread of the 2 back darts that were put in, which helped with the fit but now I have tiny holes that are noticeable in 2 lines all the way down the back of the shirt. Instead of re-doing the darts not taking in that much fabric she just took the thread out while I was there and handed it back to me. Will not be back, even though the dry cleaning was decently priced. read more

Absolutely the best dry cleaner I have found in Denver! Having tried several other cleaners, I found them over-priced, my clothes were not clean or there were mistakes made. That has not happened at Snowflake, nor do I expect it to. The woman that works there is kind and she actually cares about the work she puts out. Prices are very reasonable. I haven't ever felt like I was paying more for dry cleaning for the garment than the cost of the garment itself. Looking forward to many more visits! read more

This place could use a makeover on the outside but in my two times using this place so far the service has been good, the lady was friendly, and the price was excellent. I paid only $2 per business shirt. It's easy to miss this place physically because they desperately need a new outdoor sign, but if you need a cleaners, this place is as good as any. read more

Unfortunately, I highly suspect that this is amongst the businesses who pay to expunge negative yelp reviews. On google plus, this business has 2/5 stars. And my experience is much more consistent with the google reviews. As has happened to most of the google reviewers, this cleaner lost a bunch of my clothes and then refused to acknowledge their mistake or compensate me at all. I'm out hundreds of dollars. This place's listed prices may be low, but, if you count the losses customers seem to experience regularly here, it may very well be the most expensive cleaner in town. read more

I have always had an excellent experience here. I started going here after having a terrible experience at another dry cleaner. They pressed my suit jacket with too high of heat that made it shiny. It was ruined. My shirts always come back crisp. My dresses are pressed and never with heat that is too high. I could not be more pleased! read more

Avoid! Brought a winter coat to be dry cleaned, when I picked it up the hood that went with the jacket was missing. After asking for it's whereabouts, they lied and insisted that they never received it, which was not true; I personally dropped it off. Now my coat is missing a hood thanks to this place.
