After getting paid on 3/31/26 I balance transfer on 4/3/2026. They charge me a $25.00 NSF fee! What a rearward Time Machine? After two hours fighting with them, and they can't explain WHY, I'm still fighting with them to come out of the negative! I had 6.41 left in the account after my balance transfer. The only check I ever write is ONE a month, for my balance transfer, and the money is always there a few ways to a week before I do the balance transfer. Talk about "Magical fees"! I'm closing this account after u have my military pay sidecr deposited to USAA, where they don't try to rip you off for fees I don't owe.

Over the course of about 4 years I've probably gotten close to 20-30 overdraft fees because I don't keep a lot of money at this bank and the available funds amount constantly goes up and down when you check it. I suspect this bank tells you you have more money than you actually do and gets you to spend close to that amount specifically to collect overdraft fees. I will consistently check my account to see if there is enough money (hopefully their website/app isn't down again), make a purchase with confidence knowing I just checked my account for available funds, make a purchase, have that transaction put on hold for a few days (remember, the available funds randomly go up and down) and check back to find an overdraft fee. Shame on me for keeping this bank account and keeping this bank in business. I've lost so much money in overdraft fees that I highly suspect they are banking on it.
