I brought my suv here for a basic tire rotation and inspection. They rotated the tires just fine. The inspection was where they screwed up. Big time. I had asked them to look into a squeaking noise my car has been making. They said it might be the brakes and that they would take a look. After they finish they said that everything is fine and my brakes have plenty left. Fast forward a month or so. I bring my car into a different place in town for an unrelated fix. The noise is still there. I ask them to take a look and they say I need new pads, rotors, and E-Brake shoes. They show me the rear brakes and the rotor is thin and little pieces are falling off while it makes that same atrocious noise. How could they miss that? To a certified mechanic, this should have been obvious. I was hoping the folks here would be better than the other dealership across town, but this reinforces my belief that a smaller or independent mechanic is always your best bet. I guess if you really care about keeping your car maintained and safe to drive, go elsewhere! read more

This review is for the service department especially the Director of Fixed Operations, Jeff. I blew out a tire driving from San Diego heading to Chicago. I was fortunate to get off at an exit in which I saw this dealership. Right off the bat Jeff was super helpful in showing me what the problem was (too much weight in the car for the suspension). My stock tires are harder to come by as they are 19 inches. He called around everywhere for me. Fortunately he found someone trustworthy as one didn't seem that way. I was there in the afternoon the next day with the job completed and advice on future work needed. He was very thorough, friendly and went above and beyond. I've never had wonderful such wonderful service like this from a dealership in the past. Thanks for being awesome! read more

Normally I wouldn't do this but, today I feel pretty obligated! First I'll explain my situation. I've always had great credit and great relations with my bank. Unfortunately a few years ago, everything fell apart. Job loss, new baby, separation, and just an awful situation. Got behind on bills, lost a truck and needless to say my credit sent in shambles. I didn't file bankruptcy and I ended up paying my debts back! Almost completely debt free with no loans. I decided I wanted to get back in a decent truck without a co-signer. These guys contacted me and told me they had a 1999 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins, but unfortunately the bank wouldn't lend to me on it. Then they suggested that if I were to buy a 2018 Jeep Renegade for low 20's, basically the dealership would keep the money from the rebates and they would give me the 1999 Dodge Ram instead. Title in hand. That was the deal. I have a good job and now and figured that's doable and I could use the vehicles and the credit uplift. We had discussed trading this car pictured(at which rate i was told 1500 prior to arrival) and I had asked if I could just pay a down payment and keep the car. He said the car worked better in the equation. I proceeded to tell him the problems the car had and that I wasn't sure it would even make it!. He said that's fine, just get it here. I sent emails asking an interest rate( I knew it would be high with bad credit) and he did not respond. So I called and spoke with him directly and was given the answer it would be 8 to 10% interest. Everything was set and I was to leave work yesterday and arrive to sign some papers and be on my way. I brought my mother (to drive the second vehicle) and my 3 year old son and nephew. 20 miles outside Laramie, my car started dieing while traveling down the road (just as I suspected and told them!) Probably 10 times it died in that 20 mile stretch, but we made it and when we pulled in, it wouldn't start back up, so I let it roll into the curb. Relief! The salesman I had been speaking with, walked up and verified the car i brought and the proceeded to tell me that the 1999 Dodge Ram had been sold already! THE 1999 DODGE RAM 2500 CUMMINS (the entire reason I came down) IS SOLD!! I asked why I wasn't informed of this on the three separate occasions we had spoke and why wasn't our discussion, our deal, as good as a handshake? As good as a man's word?! He simply said no money was exchanged, therefor no deal was made. I then asked if I could get a rental or a loaner vehicle and he told me sorry we don't really do that. So now I'm trapped here? With a car i told you I didn't want to bring, for a deal you guys took out from under me! Please take me to the manager. Long, long story short the manager was no better and said the same thing as the salesman did to me. Sorry I can get you into something else or there's nothing I can do for you. So I asked him again. I can't get a loaner or rental or even a vehicle you call a "test drive?" He said no, we don't really do anything over night. Mind you, This is after telling them my daughter was shipped from wheatland to Cheyenne with possible appendicitis. My wife had told me to run to Laramie, like planned, and get the vehicles while they ran tests on my daughter. We needed the transportation and if she needed the surgery it would be today before it happened. It also got my restless 3 year old away from the hospital for a while. Anyways we decided to just go ahead and try to get in a vehicle and we decided to run the numbers on just the jeep minus the rebates. I was waiting to hear a n amount on payments and an interest rate, but nothing was discussed. I then entered the office and asked him these questions and proceeded to tell me my payments would be about 650 or just over and my interest rate would be 21%! He had the papers pretty much ready to sign and I told him, no thank you! I'll take the chance on my car making it home. We walked out. He called again while was loading kids and said we can get you into something with around a 14% interst rate. I told him no thanks. What he could do is fire his salesman for all the misleading and basically for lieing. I told him they really screwed me over and the manager says, "how did I screw you over? I'm the one that got you this deal! I'm not the one who doesn't pay his ****ing bills!" CLICK! He hung up on me! Needless to say we limped my car home at 1030 at night with the absolute worst experience I've ever had with any kind of salesman or dealership. Believe me, I've bought quite a few vehicles for my age. Absolutely would not recommend any one to this place. Especially If you have anything less than perfect on your credit score! The customer service was horrible and I don't know about you guys, but a deal is a deal! A man's word is his word and should be as good as a handshake or signature! The least they could have done was tell me it sold or at minimum provide me a ride home after lieing! read more

We were on a Jeep overland run in the Wyoming Rockies and our oil manifold/cooler began to leak. We were towed into the town of Laramie. The Jeep dealerships general manager and service manager and all the staff scrambled to find us parts in another city and completed the repair in one day. Our truck broke down while we were on vacation driving through WY. We had another 2-3,000 miles to go, but truck was completely dead. We ended having to be towed to the dealership and car camp at 3am in the morning in their parking lot. Then we woke up and spoke to the service team. The manager and everyone were very understanding. They were informative, helpful, welcoming, and very quick to help us. They said their whole day was booked but due to our time constraints, they said they will do their best to squeeze us in. They kept their words. The service team is amazing. Everyone worked together to make sure we can get the truck back by end of day and they did. I highly recommend the service team. We were traveling for the holidays, full car and 2dogs in tow and had to stop by as an emergency. Our Jeep started showing the engine, 4WD, ETC warning lights just as awe pulled into Laramie. The service manger was super quick to drop everything and pull one of his techs, Reese, to try and see what the problem was. They attributed it to extreme weather conditions (since we are from AZ, this was our jeeps first exposure to freezing temps). They advised us on what to watch out for so we could make it to our destination, about 2 hrs away. So thankful for their great customer service and reassurance. read more

If I could provide this dealership with a negative stars for a review I would. They sold me a vehicle that immediately began to fall apart afterwards. Additionally, they provided me with a faulty vehicle history report. Only when I went to trade it did I find out that the car I purchased had been in 2 previous accidents.
