Here is the story: I got an appointment for a regular service on my Mercedes 2011 E350 with 120k miles 2 weeks ago. I asked about the cost of service and been told "we dont know and need to check what Mercedes instruction is". Fair enough. I left the car with them yesterday morning and havent received any update until I called them today at noon. They said "we have been working on your car yesterday and today and it'll be ready late this afternoon". Anyway, I went there at 5:00 pm and been told that it takes time to prepare the worksheet!! Come back at 6:00 pm. When I asked about the cost, I heard we dont know yet! When I went back the first thing they showed me was a screen on the computer that shows different services for Mercedes cars and some numbers which he explained as the labor cost "if you take your car to dealership" and said "it will exceed $900-$1000 just for labor". Very nasty trick to throw a high price for a psychological shock and then hit you with lower price with relief. Anyway, he put $537 bill in front of me and said "thats half of dealership charges!" When I confronted him about it and asked why you didnt tell me the cost and you shouldn't do things without consulting with me (customer), he said "you didnt say you have a LIMIT so I fixed your car". WTF does that mean and how does this justify a fat bill??? To be clear, my car was not broken and it was fully functional with no significant problem. At the end he lowered the bill to $388 but its the worst way of doing business. As a first time customer, my experience was horrible and I found too many red flags to not trust this shop.

I was camping in the Snowy Mountains and knocked the front end of my RV out of alignment. The guy behind the counter was lacking in the local Wyoming friendliness I had come to expect. In the two hours I sat there, I watched numerous locals pick up or drop off a vehicle. He was friendly and engaging with each of them, but not the new customer sitting in the lobby for two hours. The alignment technician determined a bushing needed to be replaced; the total cost was 528.93. I thought it was expensive but agreed to the repair. When it came to payment, the closing experience showed little appreciation for the 528.93. They told my wife the bushing on the invoice was not the part they put on the RV. They had used a different bushing. They didn't change the part number on the invoice; the guy just wrote it on the alignment sheet. I was curious about the difference in the cost of the bushing they put on the RV. I called the NAPA store where the part came from. They charged me 245.99 for the bushing; that was on the invoice. When I gave NAPA the part number of the bushing they put on the RV, the cost was 19.97. They had overcharged by $ 226.02. I called the owner, Troy Trujillo, and explained the situation. He said there was a lack of communication between the technician and the front desk. He refunded me the difference. There wasn't much empathy for the 226.02 error on my bill. It was a poor experience from start to finish. I would not recommend them.

My card was charged from a pet shop back east somewhere AND it was a reverend 's name on the card. Thank god I have fraud protection on my card because I would've been out $2000. They will try to get you to send money through Zell or some other money app first.. through the bank I learned that charges through zeal are not fraud protected. Do not be fooled by these people or there ads!! If you call the phone number for the business you will only get a recording and no matter the time of day you call, that is ALL you will hear from them.
