Our grandmother came to visit us from our home country, and she has difficulty digesting food. My mother-in-law wanted to take her for a walk, but it was very cold outside after a snowstorm. I simply wanted to bring her here so she could walk a little on the second floor. They were extremely rude when I explained that she had only been here for three days and that as soon as we received an email or documents, we would open the membership in her name. I said that later we would do the membership properly. They rudely demanded $50 just for entry. I explained that it was dark and cold outside and asked them to please let her walk a little just for today, but they were arrogant and rude right to my face. I would have understood if this had been explained respectfully and politely, but instead they behaved very rudely. This is a place that has been taking money out of my pocket for a year for nothing. That is why I canceled. I hope you understand that they do not care about your physical or mental health -- they only care about money.

Previously, I did most of my axe throwing in my enchanted forest. After one too many yeets, several maple trees ganged up and tortured me in my sleep -- leaving me behind as they ran away to find new ground. I would return, but one of the trees fell on my Nissan Leaf rental car.

All of us had a blast solving puzzles and competing to see which group would solve their room first. The puzzles are challenging and really engage everyone's unique abilities. We started back last week and we spoke with a young lady, Heidi, who was such a big help. And very pleasant. Everything is so organized and it is spotless there. Even the restrooms. When we are there, we see a gentleman, Ray, working very hard to keep it clean. He is doing an exceptional job. We have tried other facilities and this one is the best one we have been to.
