First impression is how much bigger it is that I remember. Also the last time I was here you could not drink except at the beer tasting. That has definitely changed. The festival was in one section of the park so we got our food card and started eating. Some things were good. Others just ok. Overall we had a great time and planning to return.

Busch Gardens Tampa is a park that frustrates me. I took my first and only visit to the park in…read more2020 and I was NOT disappointed. The operations were stellar, the staff were awesome, the park was clean and well themed, the animal exhibits were amazing, it was just an outstanding park! Since then, they've added some new stuff like Iron Gwazi and Phoenix Rising which does make me excited to return, however, they've also been taking away a lot of that stuff (big rant on that down below). Now, when I went, the park's star attraction with out a doubt was Montu. At the time, Montu was my favorite roller coaster of all time. It's dropped off considerably since then because, I've ridden better coasters. But Montu still ranks among my top B&Ms and is easily one of the best inverts in the world (only behind Banshee at Kings Island). After that, there's Kumba. This is famous for being one of the first B&Ms to ever open, and it's a good one. Like Montu, this is also a really strong coaster being super intense despite it being on the rough side. Unfortunately, this ride closed suddenly in 2026 with little to no fanfair, which, I'm so mad about that I can hardly put it into words. There was also Scorpion, a short but awesome Schwartzkopf looper, which was torn down last year with only a few days' notice. Which again, holy sh*t. United Parks (and ESPECIALLY SIX FLAGS) needs to F*CKING ANNOUNCE THIS AHEAD OF TIME. Sure, Scorpion and Kumba have service lives that are/were probably up. But LOOK AT WHAT UNIVERSAL DID TO RIP RIDE ROCKIT. ONE OF THE SH*TTIEST COASTERS I'VE EVER RIDDEN. THAT CLOSURE WAS ANNOUNCED A YEAR BEFORE IT HAPPENED, AND IT GENERATED 3-HOUR LONG WAITS ON ITS CLOSING DAY. WHY COULD THIS NOT BE DONE FOR KUMBA, A RIDE FAR BETTER AND MORE ICONIC!??!?!?!? So infuriating. Anyways, besides those three, they have Tigris, a Premier Skyrocket II, which are always fun, Cheetah Hunt and Cobra's Curse which are great family coasters. So yeah, they still have a very strong coaster collection, especially with Iron Gwazi now open (really looking forward to that on my next visit). For their other rides, they have Falcon's Fury, one of the biggest drop towers in the world. Which has a TILTING feature that makes it so when you drop, you stare right at the ground. Easily my favorite drop tower and favorite flat ride. They also have a rapids ride, and they used to have a log ride (Also demolished with hardly any notice. Yeah, it wasn't the best log flume, but it was still a park classic that deserved better.) So yeah, it's mostly just coasters with a few other notable things like the train, the skyride (which, for some reason, is now an upcharge ride, PLEASE fix this). I'm also really concerned for the future of this park as it's been on a decline as of late. Constantly demolishing rides, having multiple rides closed for MONTHS at a time, and I've heard several stories of the operations and quality getting worse and worse. I mean, good god, they had to shut down a restaurant mid-operations due to a f*cking failed health inspection. F*ck that noise! So yeah, this park sadly lost a spot in my top 10 parks. But Montu and Falcon's Fury still make it worthwhile for me to visit (So help me if they ever decide to get rid of those two rides). So I'd still recommend checking it out. I just hope that the park hasn't gotten as bad as I've heard. I still want to revisit, but I do want to give a big F*CK you to United Parks for how badly they're treating the park, but for ESPECIALLY demolishing Kumba with little to no notice. So if you do visit this park, make sure to ride whatever your favorite ride is because it will likely be torn down with hardly any notice or fanfare!!!! :D Hopefully, someone buys out United Parks because BGT deserves so much better.

This jump place isn't as professionally sound as near by businesses or their genre of business type. They posted a Groupon for purchase by the public and reads walk-in's are welcome. We walked in same day as Groupon purchase and had to wait in line for a bit. There was only two people working and they were both busy attending to a summer camp that came in. When it was finally our turn to use our Groupon to start our kids jump time we were told we can't use our Groupon unless we purchase additional items such as socks for each child. THE ENTIRE SUMMER CAMP DID NOT HAVE TO PURCHASE ADDITIONAL ITEMS SUCH AS SOCKS. The children from the camp wore their socks they arrived in. They refused our Groupon purchase without the additional purchase of socks and we were told to take it up with Groupon for a refund. I asked that the owner make a courtesy to allow our children to jump since the other children from the summer camp did not have to make an additional purchase of socks. There was no mention of this on their Groupon at purchase and there were no professional signage with this rule or extra charge. Here is a lesson in business for the owners of "The Airosphere" on Ware Rd; There is a trampoline park located right behind your business. They have a trade in sock policy that's clearly posted in their store and on-line. WE GOT OUR GROUPON CREDIT BACK AND WILL NOT RETURN TO AIROSPHERE. After obtaining our refund in Groupon we drove to the trampoline park right behind your business and paid as a walk in AND THEY EXCHANGED OUR CHILDS SOCKS FOR FREE!!!

They were restored and placed around the beautiful picturesque grounds of Ulele. They can be found on the side of the front, closer to the river, and also on the grassy areas. They are all so adorable, & we had fun taking pics around them. We missed a few by the water and definitely want to go back for more pics. The best one is the horse carriage and also Humpty Dumpty which you can't forget about him on the top of the building. Can't wait to see more of it as it gets completed from restoration.

Sometimes in business you have to loose a little to gain a lot, and that's what greedy people in the business world don't understand.
