We grabbed a trolley bus here and took a boat back to the aquarium. The movie props and stuff were neat to see and gave more background on how Hollywood spins a story. Two of the most famous rides, the cheetah and the water rides were not in service. They should put on the website if rides are being serviced and not functioning. Literally no fish whatsoever. You walk around the tank as you walk around the aquarium there are window all the way around, but again, the tank was completely empty. There were other areas of the aquarium that were under construction due to either renovations or expansion. Due to this there were multiple enclosures that had no fish are animals to view. It's a little disappointing when you are traveling for vacation and the aquarium was the place that your daughter was looking forward to the most. All this while still charging full price for admission. All that being said, they have a very friendly and informed staff and volunteers that clearly do a lot for the marine life. It is very commendable the way they are nursing injured marine life back to health. Definitely more of a rescue center than an aquarium.

When we got into the actual golf, I enjoyed the signs at each hole that told us a tip, trick, par, and had a path for where we would have to put the ball if we wanted a hole in one. Each hole was different and 2 were on a ship while a couple of them were inside a cave. Overall, I really enjoyed going to this remote location and playing golf with my family. After the show, I explored the rest of the park. It isn't that large but was a nice area and worth the $13 to get in. They have an area for swimming in part of the springs. I didn't bring my swimsuit but there were many people swimming and having a good time. There are some water slides too. They have a great gift shop. We were late for the show, because the website failed to post times and were unreachable via phone, email, or the websites frequently asked questions. We caught the last 15 minutes of the show as it runs from 11-11:30, 1:30-2pm and 3-3:30pm. It's a relatively small park. The mermaid show is cute if you have children under the age of 10 years old. Otherwise, give it a miss. Admission is $13 ea a little less for kids. 4 of us cost about $42 for entrance fees. They have a water slide that was not operating. They have a small "nature " walk. They have a boat that was not running to look at nature and they have a 30 minute animal encounter educational experience with a ranger. She showed and talked about two kinds of turtles, a snake and a small alligator. Walking around they have photo ops to look like a mermaid and after the show you have a chance to photograph yourself with a live mermaid from the show. If you have $50- $100 your kid can have a "mermaid makeover". We were at the park for maybe 1.5 hours. I suppose if the boat was running and the water slide was operating one could spend up to 3 hours. It was an interesting experience. Once is enough.

Parking was free because we went on a weekday, i saw signage for paid parking so im not sure if it is always free. The waivers muat be completed before checkout. They wrist band you and then guide you to the next window where they will harness you. Following the harness you go through an intro training and then a practice course before being allowed on the main platform. The great thing about this is that they show you how to stay connected and safe. We started at yellow and made our way up to green level course. Next time we will attempt the blue and the black. The way it works is that once you are done with the training course they mark your badge with the final time that you will be able to go to the main platform and start a course. We were climbing for about 2 hours before we decided to call it! It's a great physical and mental stimulation. You can tell that they care about the course because everything was maintained. Additionally, the staff were soooo nice! Great team! There is also a gift shop with ice-cream and some small finger food if you need a bite while out there. I recommend bringing your own water because they cost 8 dollars! We will be back!!
