I had taken my car to these people in January, months and months go by and not only do they not finish the job that they say would get done but ROSCOE screams like a child calling me an a**hole when I was only asking about what THEY said they'd get done. Totally unprofessional, after SEVEN MONTHS, many tantrums from Roscoe, and countless promises of deadlines they give me my car back in shambles. Took it to another mechanic to have it inspected for what they told me would be done and it's a total wreck. Said that its better worth scrapping. At this point they (Snyder's auto) skips town before I could do anything about it. I'm the end they screwed me out of 3 grand in total. Never go here, these people are total scumbags. read more

Rosco is amazing!! I have had my jeep for over 7 years... I have taken it to Jeep and many other auto shops, and it has always just been a temporary fix and the check engine light goes off and comes right back one. Just for them to tell me that I need to either fix something else or the same thing they just fixed. Rosco came to me, took his time. Found the problems and then listed them in priority. Excellent and speedy service from Roscoe. I was driving my car on a late evening Sunday and Roscoe was the only mechanic open. My car was having a heating issue related to a broken pipe. He was able to diagnose the problem right there after I had sent him a picture of the car engine. He drove to a near by auto parts store to purchase a part to fix the broken pipe. Rosco is very good, prompt and efficient at what he does. I had him replace and rewire a cooling fan for an airstream.
