I asked a few times how long the wait would be. Had to wait outside prior to being called in to see the doctor due to the fragrance. I let them know why I had to wait outside so they were aware. They kept telling me I was next. I never was. My throat blew up, my nasal passages were swollen, and I developed a migraine. Not one person cared. They looked at me like I had three heads when I told them what was happening to me. Not an ounce of empathy or sense of urgency in the entire place. They didn't unplug the fragrance plug ins or do anything. Doctor's offices typically do not put fragrance in their offices because allergies to fragrance are so debilitating and common. Not sure what they are trying to cover up with how many they had. I counted four in a very small space. My throat was raw and sinuses were on fire. After waiting for hours I was told that I would have someone in to do bloodwork shortly. Which I'm not even sure why the doctor wanted blood work and imaging because he specifically told me that he didn't think that the issue was what he was even testing for. I'm sure he makes money off of testing just like other doctors. I really enjoyed all of the excuses the doctor made about the wait time. Did he want a "poor you" for being so busy? Isn't that your job? Suck it up. I've been suffering for 3 hours... so yea... I don't want to hear it. I came in sick and got even sicker no thanks to your office. Another 35 mins goes by. I am just suffering. By this time my head pain was making me dizzy from the chemical fragrance. I just left and nobody cared. Wasted hours and money for nothing. My primary care finally had a cancellation this evening so I will be going to see her. I only went to this hell hole because she couldn't see me until Wednesday. Sam, the xray technician was great, answered all my questions and explained everything. I was well taken care of for sure. I went back for a self imposed follow-up to make sure there was nothing else to be done and to be checked out and that was on Wed, April 22. Another Melissa who is a care giver whom I have dealt with in the past reviewed everything, answered my questions with no rushing. There is a fantastic group of people at this Spring Hill AFC and i feel comfortable in knowing they really do care! Bless you all!

You have to scan a QR code to complete check in paperwork which was fast to do. The most we waited was 10 mins before being seen. This urgent care does do RSV testing for kids. The nurse was super friendly and knew how to talk to my niece and made her feel comfortable and not scared. She even took us in the room where there was a TV and put Bluey on for her. When they did the testing for RSV. She swapped very gently and even did a really good method for her to not feel the swab going in deep into her nose. The doctor was amazing and knew all the right words to say. Overall my experience here was great and I would come back here for any urgent care visits.

Had me up and moving in no time and helped explain my care when home to my Hubble and myself, which I don't remember most of it. That would be a great reason so have your person there to get it. Home now with care from a very over protective Hubble. Guess I will enjoy that part for awhile!

I recently survived a car wreck but my spinal column was injured. A Specialist Doctor here reviewed…read moremy MRI raw data, somewhat described my injuries to me, suggested an intense course of steroids to reduce inflammation, to be followed up with Physical Therapy and Chiropractic. The doctor also prescribed a muscle relaxer, but they do not write ANY prescriptions for pain medication. They only refer patients to a Pain Management Clinic. It's a Florida thing. Paying out-of-pocket, the office visit was only $120. I thought that was very reasonable - until I discovered it's for 15 minutes of the doctor's time. He couldn't interview me about my signs and symptoms, review my MRI, and discuss treatment options with me in 15 minutes! After waiting 3 weeks for this appointment, I would have gladly paid $240 to get 30 minutes of the doctor's time. You better make sure your medical records and MRI's get here before your appointment, and then talk fast! We never got to discuss my specific Physical Therapy needs at all, but they did give me the business cards for 3 PT clinics. And I will be receiving some prescriptions to reduce inflammation in my spine. I am rating 5-stars because WCMI certainly knows what they are doing, but visits are somewhat rushed and overlapping. Be prepared and you should be okay. -------------------------------------------------- Updates: #1. The steroid treatment they gave me has been a Godsend. That's why they get 5-stars. They are good doctors and caring doctors. #2. I spoke with the Administrator and we agreed to disagree. He doesn't want any patients to feel rushed, but they do schedule 15 minute appointments. That is standard for most doctors in the US.
