Along with the email I responded the next day for them to go ahead and start the work on it, and never heard back. Almost a month later, I got a call asking me what I would like to do. I told the lady that I responded back to the email stating to go ahead and start, to then she replied, "Oh we dont have access to that email." So I told them to just go ahead and start since its been a month already. I had to call to check up on it about a week after giving them the go ahead, and they stated that they have all the parts in however, it should be done within a few days or so. The few days passed. They called me saying that, "Oh we needed to order another tire." Finally I got the call that my truck was done. About 15minutes after leaving the S&S Automotive parking lot, my ENIGINE LIGHT came on. This is such an inconvenience to spend all this money and time and STILL have to take my truck back the next day after I had picked it up. Poor customer service.

I can't go far in that thing so I asked the guy who he recommended and he told me about Young Tire. He briefly gave me directions and there I was a few minutes later. Of course these guys were not on yelp and everywhere else was going to be over an hour wait. I'm so glad I showed up here! They switched out the air valve which is also the tire sensor for a fraction of what it would've been at Nissan and they had me in and out in less than half an hour! Today, I'll drive the hour and a half to Houston/Katy rather than let this group of hacks anywhere near my cars. The "people" are gone, replaced by corporate directed "voiceboxes" posing as people. Everything is AI driven for profit, ignoring the human price extracted from the employees and customers. Human relationships are set aside, relying on misinformation instead of corporate responsibility. I went because I trusted the staff to care, I left because they don't anymore. They tried to charge me $850 dollars just for a tear down on the truck and didn't even know the diagnosis. I later get in touch with my warranty adjuster to talk with them but the dealership end up telling me they don't have the tools to work on my truck basically not wanting to work on it. They didn't have the tools to work on a Chevrolet truck and then didn't want to give me a list of the tools they needed. I wouldn't recommend getting your car serviced here they will try to scam you one way or another.
