I am naturally skeptical of any used car dealership even more so one that has so many high ranking reviews. I didn't initially believe it and thought they were fake. Boy was I wrong! Joad (Sales Manager) & Zuri (Sales Agent) do business the old school way. They stand behind their product, no B.S. Bait & Switch, and take care of their customers to no end! They offer a 7-day warranty on there vehicles and dont just sell you junk that you have to be worried about breaking down the minute you roll off the lot. They sold me a solid business van for my fleet, that had low miles and it was the cheapest priced vehicle online in the entire country. They are in business for the long haul and understand the importance of reputation. They treat people with the upmost respect regardless of price on car, like some other dealerships. Motors on Wheels went above and beyond for me to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the esthetics and mechanical integrity of my vehicle, which gave me peace of mind! Never experienced this level of customer service and professionalism from any dealership, not even the big manufacturer dealerships. They earned my business for life. I will be purchasing all of my future business vehicles from them!

During one of my daily searches on Auto Trader a new listing popped up for Mark Weinstein Motors. It was a "unicorn" vehicle - rare in existence - an older model, incredibly low mileage, in fantastic shape (barely driven) and the listed price was in the KBB green price range (either good or great price for the vehicle's value). I reached out to Mark, who was quick to answer any and all my questions. I was in Houston and I couldn't make the trip to Austin to see the vehicle until the weekend, but he graciously agreed to hold the vehicle for me without any downpayment once I had set an appointment for a third party inspection. Despite receiving other inquiries about the vehicle, he held it for me for almost a week and even stayed a little late on Friday for my husband's and my arrival into town. The test drive and purchase process were smooth and straightforward. Mark explained everything thoroughly and even went the extra step of fixing the temporary paper license plate on top of an old metal plate to make it more secure. It's another example of Mark's great customer service. Like his great communication from start to finish - phone calls and text messages were always answered promptly. He is good-natured and honest, which is hard to find in the car shopping business. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!

I hate the upselling…read morewhen you get in front of the finance manager and the strategic//infuriating waiting they make you do when they have "ask their manager" anything. I hate this so much that I've bought my last two cars from Carvana simply because I wouldn't have to speak to anyone. I find the stereotypical car-buying experience (new and, especially, used) to be unnecessarily stressful and taxing. Today, this has changed. When I found a slightly better deal locally than I did on Carvana, I took the plunge. From the beginning, Angela was super helpful and responsive. She didn't insist on talking on the phone and was happy to text details, which is infinitely more manageable during the workweek. When it came time to make the trek to Austin e Autos, Angela let me know that she would be off that day and handed off the deal to Isaac. Isaac is the best. Isaac put us through the paces of letting us test drive, then talking numbers. At no point did the numbers they advertised ever change. I came in with pre-approval through USAA, and they did not push me toward in-house financing. This has never happened to me before. They usually push that really hard. Once the numbers were agreed upon, we were handed over to Stephanie for the paper signing. This was equally painless, and there was no push to buy extended warranties, wheel insurance, GAP, etc, etc, etc. The numbers we discussed with Isaac were the exact numbers we signed off on with Stephanie. Incredibly painless, transparent, and honest process. My wife loves her car, and I am very impressed by the buying experience. If you're in the market for a used EV, look here first. All the stars. Why are yall searching cars that are brought in for repair. When are you looking in my back seat in the first place without my permission. Where you looking for something to seal. Because my motor is not in the back seat. I'm a single mother of 3 kids I did nothing wrong but use my last to purchase a car that I needed due to another dealer here in Victoria selling me a lemon..I work hard and I'm a good person and have never been ugly to him or the staff and I feel like I'm being railroaded for just purchasing a car that was obviously not completely reliable as they said it was. No check engine light came on to let me know the eng was failing or anything. This is just down right horrible customer service by the owner and I'm am in tears because they won't give me my keys so I can have someone else see if they can repair it. I'm heart broken that I even have to write this I thought they were good ppl but I guess I was completely wrong. The Suburban was in a wreck and totaled with 170,000 plus miles on it and we still trusted it to take us to Oklahoma and back every couple of months. You can trust these folks for a good deal and reliable vehicles.

That did not happen and was never called to let me know that the part was not there even though the appointment was made 30 days prior. I was given every excuse that you can imagine and was told the part would be there that evening and they would start on it the first thing the next morning. Well that did not happen either and was told all kind of reasons about why it did not get there. Again was not called to let me know the part did not arrive and given more excuses. I was told by "the general manager" (ha ha) that it would be done first thing the next morning. Guess what that did not happen either so I went to pick up my truck and the battery was not able to start the truck and they jumped the truck and was told by the "general manager" not to shut the truck off because it would not start again. Had the battery tested and it is still a working battery and has been shut off many times. So this should tell you what you are dealing with at this dealership.

Cavender's General Manager, Craig Burton, contacted us the same day letting us know he had made arrangements to have the car detailed in our home town so we wouldn't have to travel to have them do it. I went in, test drove it, and initially had a positive experience with the saleswoman (Becky). Because I had just been in a car accident and was waiting to find out how much I'd receive for my totaled vehicle, I offered to put down a nonrefundable deposit to secure the car. She told me she would speak with her manager and get back to me the next business day. On Monday, instead of honoring that, she called to say that three other people were coming to look at the car. I immediately asked again to put down the deposit, and suddenly I was told they could no longer accept one--completely contradicting what I had been told before. At that point, I took a huge risk and started the paperwork anyway, despite not even knowing what my insurance payout would be yet. Then I was told they don't accept USAA financing and that I would need to apply for credit through their dealership. I did this immediately while still on the phone and asked her to review my application so we could move forward. After that, I was completely ghosted for SIX HOURS. When Becky finally responded, it was just to tell me the car had been sold. To make things worse, when I checked back, the same car was listed again at a higher price. This entire experience felt dishonest, misleading, and incredibly unprofessional--especially given that I was dealing with the stress of a recent car accident. I was ready to commit, tried multiple times to secure the vehicle, and was led on the entire time. If you're considering buying a car here, I would STRONGLY recommend being EXTREMELY cautious. Communication was poor, promises were not honored, and the overall process felt deceptive from start to finish.
