At 1:17 PM, a family member in the house texted me and said that George had just begun mowing. At 1:18 PM, George texted me and said, "All done." When I got home, the backyard and the side yard were not mowed. He did not use a blower and did not use an edger. He was there for less than five minutes and asked for $35. When I asked him to come back and finish, he claimed he did what the previous client asked for on this house and blamed me for him failing to do his job. He refused to send me an invoice and demanded cash at the door or pay by Zelle to his phone number. Eventually, after I said I pay by invoice only, he used Zelle to bill me. We decided to find another lawn care company.

I called this company weeks ago. Asking for a quote for my friend I was visiting to help her out…read moreafter her husband passed away. The owner came out right away and gave us a price which was the going rate. I informed him it was just cut by another person and when asked to trim around a vehicle in the back area of the house he was rude and acted like I asked him to cut another acre. This is why I was looking for a replacement. The owner of Timberjack Steve was the person I had contact with. I had called Steve after he came out, a couple questions and he wanted to come back out again. This was not convenient for us to repeat. It's just mowing grass. So he never came out again or called the owner to reschedule. The home owner called him and after telling her to text him. He never got back to her. When I texted him he tried to tell me the whole we have to come look at it. I told him we already did that. He text me back and told me it wasn't him!! ‍ YES it was!! This guy is real nice but it just doesn't seem like they can get it together enough to take new customers. I finally responded maybe we should look somewhere else because it seems like you don't want the work he basically told me that would be best because he has to many tree jobs. Then do trees instead!!! Beware!!

We discussed what we needed to get done which was great. The work was mow front/back, trim hedges/bushes, clean up and mulching. Zech came back and suggested some changes that would make things pop, which I'm glad he did. The results were fantastic. One of the neighbors said that it looked great as well. I did put out 3 bids for this work and Zech came back as the most value and bang for my buck. Overall really easy to work with communications by email or SMS. He also sent some before and after pictures of the work. I highly recommend Get It Done Landscaping for the future. I even mentioned them to some of my friends who are in the area.
