In the contract it states "Removal of Grass". Grass was raked, not dug up, not removed, and wasn't sprayed to kill the grass. Now the entire backyard has grass growing up through ALL of the landscaping. Don't waste your time with this business. You'll get excuses and customer-blaming and condescending responses from the owner.
