I finally sucked it up and stopped in. Jeff was kind and his place was immaculate. I dropped my clothes off for the first of many visits about a month ago and have been coming back every week faithfully. The prices are great and he makes my clothes smell like a fresh dew after the morning rain. He even folds my work clothes and hangs up my button-ups. This place is great! I definitely recommend Orland Park Laundromat.

I spent $40 here on 8 loads of laundry, for that price you'd think they could at LEAST sweep the floors or restock their vending machine? The water inside of it is so old is completely collapsed! Place does the job, obviously, but definitely not worth the pricing. Also they use a card reader, so make sure you bring change, because if you don't the machine doesn't give change back.

I am so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how welcoming and joyful the environment was. Renee was the attendant on duty, and she is absolutely wonderful. Her nature is so helpful, professional, and warm. She thoroughly explained the process for using the machines and made sure I had everything I needed. The entire experience was fantastic, not only because of the great facilities but because of Renee's kind, friendly service. The laundromat itself is very clean and well-maintained, and I felt completely safe the entire time. It's a joyful and friendly atmosphere that made a chore feel more like a pleasant stop during my visit.
