Nice little laundromat in Orland Park. It seems many people use their own machines for most things but when it come to rugs and heavy items like that, they stream over to the laundromat. Soap and Suds realizes this fact and they have a nice selection of machines to accommodate customers. Soap and Suds has three different sized machines...so you can tailor your wash to the right machine. We brought over some bathroom rugs and used their 30 pound machine and it performed perfectly...handled the heavier rugs with ease. Came out clean and with most of the water spun out. Dryers worked well also. The facility has a few dozen machines and was clean all around. They sell the usual soaps for those that don't come with same. All in all we will be back here the next time we need to use heavy machines. Good place and convenient.

Then he lost some items after he specifically went over what he would do with the items. I picked up the items to return to the homeowner and items were missing the exact same items we discussed. After text back and forth, he said he would pay for the items after 2 bounced checks and dodging phone calls and text messages. I have been trying to work with this business, and he has grossly failed at communication and repayment resulting in legal action. all he had to do was answer the phone and communicate. To this day he still is not communicating empty promises don't solve anything!!

When my mother and I attended a scheduled fitting after she had possessed the dress for approximately two months, we discovered that no alterations had been completed. Despite the lack of progress, we were reassured that the dress would still be finished before the wedding. My wedding was on a Saturday, and we were scheduled to pick up the dress on Thursday. My mother, sister, and I arrived at the agreed-upon time only to be told that the dress was not ready and that there had been a misunderstanding regarding the appointment time. Since I had family visiting from out of town, this required me to rearrange several plans during an already stressful week. Later that evening, around 8:00 PM, I received a call that the dress was finally ready. When I tried it on, the bodice area was still not properly fitted. The adjustment that was made involved pinching and sewing the side of the dress to achieve the correct fit, which felt like a last-minute solution rather than a properly completed alteration. What concerned me most was the interaction at the end of the appointment. The owner strongly encouraged my mother to leave a review and then took her phone to complete the review herself, including assigning a five-star rating. This raised serious concerns for me about the authenticity of some of the business's online reviews. For an alteration service that required a substantial upfront payment and involved such an important garment, I expected significantly better communication, professionalism, and workmanship. Unfortunately, my experience was stressful and disappointing during what should have been an exciting time leading up to my wedding.
