They said they tried to call, and maybe they did and it went to spam, but yet they still cleaned it and charged me. One would think that you should not clean it until I could be reached. Either they are responsible for the spots, or they should have waited to see me before cleaning it! From my experience with other cleaners, if they have a question about an item, they don't clean it until we talk. The coat looks fine, but still a very big waste of $45. Never again will I go, or recommend.

Nice little laundromat in Orland Park. It seems many people use their own machines for most things but when it come to rugs and heavy items like that, they stream over to the laundromat. Soap and Suds realizes this fact and they have a nice selection of machines to accommodate customers. Soap and Suds has three different sized machines...so you can tailor your wash to the right machine. We brought over some bathroom rugs and used their 30 pound machine and it performed perfectly...handled the heavier rugs with ease. Came out clean and with most of the water spun out. Dryers worked well also. The facility has a few dozen machines and was clean all around. They sell the usual soaps for those that don't come with same. All in all we will be back here the next time we need to use heavy machines. Good place and convenient.

Despite the lack of progress, we were reassured that the dress would still be finished before the wedding. My wedding was on a Saturday, and we were scheduled to pick up the dress on Thursday. My mother, sister, and I arrived at the agreed-upon time only to be told that the dress was not ready and that there had been a misunderstanding regarding the appointment time. Since I had family visiting from out of town, this required me to rearrange several plans during an already stressful week. Later that evening, around 8:00 PM, I received a call that the dress was finally ready. When I tried it on, the bodice area was still not properly fitted. The adjustment that was made involved pinching and sewing the side of the dress to achieve the correct fit, which felt like a last-minute solution rather than a properly completed alteration. What concerned me most was the interaction at the end of the appointment. The owner strongly encouraged my mother to leave a review and then took her phone to complete the review herself, including assigning a five-star rating. Overall Terrible experience and customer service for the Orland and Tinely park locations…read more I brought my $400 never been worn Mother of the Bride dress on a Saturday to the Orland Park location to have dry cleaned and pressed for pick up on Wednesday. I went to pick up on Wednesday at the Orland location and the lady was rude and stated I would get a text message when the dress would be ready. They close at 5pm. Most people work until 5. I needed to have this dress picked up that day for an out of state wedding. I never receive a text, so my husband went to pick up the dress at 4, and rude lady at Orland location explains to my husband that the dress is still at the Tinley location because it is so badly stained and they will not have the dress cleaned until next Tuesday and that they under charged us for the dry cleaning. My husband asked to see the dress and had to go to the Tinely park location to retrieve the dress that Normans ruined. This dress had no stains on it at all prior to dropping off on Saturday.. Normans never called us to ask us about any staining. The staff and owner were very rude and had no options on how to resolve the situation. I took the dress to CD one in Orland to see if they could get the stains out and also had to buy a new dress at Davids Bridal due to the wedding being out of state and leaving the next morning. CD one dry cleaners was able to clean the dress for $4 and have it for pick up the next day. Lukily, My friend who was not flying out to the same wedding until Friday, was able to pick up the next day and bring it with her to our out of state wedding... I would NEVER recommend this business for any services they offer. The customer service was terrible And Normans either had something that dripped all over this dress or they used dirty water to "dry Clean" Luckily enough CD one dry cleaners we were able clean and fix the damage that Normans did, or I would have been taking NORMANS small claims court to get reimbursed the $400 for the dress that Normans ruined.

In a messenger message to me, offered to not charge us for damage, they call this damage instead of owning the fault!! as if that makes up for the soles falling off the shoes!
