Be careful come to this business! DO NOT ask any question at the time picking up your items, or you will be yelled with dirty language by the co owner ( A guy). This is my first time use their dry clean service. At the time I pick up my items, I was simply asking how come the fuzz ball still on my coat and the bottoms seems have the dirts on, he got extremely mad and emotional. He yelled at me with dirty language like " F" and " S" and asked me yo leave the store. I warned him I would call cop if he keep threaten me with dirty language. He said he didn't care. In conclusion , I insisted on paid for clean fee. Then he said the dry clean doesn't cover fuzz ball removal. I told him why you couldn't tell me when I first asked instead of yelling at me with dirty language, he said nothing. Beware! I brought 2 casual dresses in to be hemmed. I asked how much each would cost and was told $20 which I thought 'great' it was in line with other hems I'd had done elsewhere. When I came to pick them up I used my credit card and didn't check the receipt until I got in my car. I was shocked that she charged me $120 for the two. BEWARE!! When I went back in she said that was the price on my ticket, since I'd asked her the price I didn't look closely at it. I came here to get my suit cleaned and pressed for an interview I had the following Monday in the early morning. The Lady who helped me said it would be ready by Saturday. Perfect! I asked her again super nicely (I don't know why, maybe due to some of the reviews on here) and explained my situation that i had a very important interview early Monday morning. She then circled Saturday, making a note, and confidently reassured me that they will have it for me ready to pick up Saturday. I thanked her so much and left. I arrive Saturday a little after mid day, and they CLOSED early!! I did not even receive a phone call saying that they had to close early and come get your suit. So, now I'm scrabbling because it is the ONLY SUIT I OWN, and I have no choice but to BUY A NEW SUIT. And with short notice I wouldn't have it tailored in less than two days. *****this is an updated on the alteration and unfortunately the stars go way down. My wife has to get sober dressed altered because of the the shoulder length in most items she buys. We took three dresses in. The employee pinned them and said they would be ready a week later. We went to pick up the dresses and the alterations we asked for were not done? That was weird. This is two days before her event she needed the dresses for. We took the dresses back and said we needed them right away, we paid for the service that was not done. Got the dresses done, and she tried them on again. This time the alteration on of the dresses is lopsided, the alteration isn't don't straight. Unfortunately it was not a good alteration and we are unsure what do with the item. The other piece was done okay, but still not to our liking. My wife's dress still didn't fit properly and appeared that the alteration was not what we expected it to.
