I called his office to schedule an appointment. I asked if Medicare and my Supplemental were accepted by the practice. I was told they were and they even asked for my insurance numbers. We scheduled an appointment for several weeks out and I stopped looking for a Primary. I received multiple emails and texts reminding me of my appointment. I was then asked to do a pre-check in for my appointment. The day of the appointment I received multiple texts reminding me not to miss my scheduled appointment. When I showed up for my 2:30 appointment I was informed almost right away that "we don't accept your insurance....sorry". I guess my time wasn't that important. Since that incident, the person that recommended them informed me they are also looking for another primary and I am still looking.

I approached the front desk and asked what time my appointment was because I had been waiting for 30 mins. When I was told my appt time was 30 mins over due I was told there were still two patients ahead of me. I sat down and waited another 15 mins, I then went and told the desk clerk to annotate my chart as not seen due to doctor availability. They didn't even offer to reschedule my appt. In fact they didn't even care that I would be seen. I am now without a prescription, PT referral and still in pain. Don't think I'll be returning.

I have to say, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place. The facility is very nice and absolutely spotless! It runs like a well oiled machine! They take you in at the appointed time. They gather whatever info you need and bam the doctor or nurse practitioner is in to see you. The care is excellent and all of the staff is very friendly. Within the initial visit Dr. Harman and the NP Molly L. had determined that another surgery would NOT help be and had suggestions for other treatment(s). Less than 2 weeks after the HA gel injection my pain has gone from 8-10 to 1-2. These folks are care givers not just corporate cutters that look for the biggest billing opportunities. Fought with them for weeks to rebill it or refund it and they wouldn't. Front desk staff is also terrible about relaying messages or getting back to you. I had to call 6 times over the course of a month.
