I have not been coming but two or three weeks a couple of times a week. However, the last visit, Stephanie remembered my nerve damage in my left ear, left side of my scalp. I didn't realize it until she put the straps over my right shoulder instead of my left, making sure not to bump into my ear or the side of my head. As i grabbed the straps, saying with tears you remembered, Stephanie smiled and said yes I did! Also, Cynthia comes with Stephanie, making sure together that my belt is below the rib cage. These two ladies are very gentle and make a patient feel pampered. Even though I had been to a chiropractor about 20 years ago briefly Dr. Thomas is the first to pop my neck. That was actually the best My neck has felt for a day in 17 months. Very grateful for chiropractor at Dr. Thomas office!! He…read morediscovered I had nose polyps and a deviated septum, and I only had about 65% air capacity in my right nostril. Allergy season was a nightmare because I'm allergic to cedar fever and ragweed, and I could hardly breathe. Dr. Krzeminski recommended surgery, and although I was super nervous and put it off for a year, I finally went through with it. After the surgery, I can breathe tremendously better--just like he said I would. The nurses were fantastic and calmed me down when I was anxious. Plus, the lady at the front desk (I wish I remembered her name) was so helpful when I forgot my CareCredit card. She looked up my account so I didn't have to run back home. Overall, the entire staff at Lakeshore ENT has been amazing. My quality of life is so much better now, especially during allergy season. I highly recommend Dr. Krzeminski and the whole team. FIND A NEW DOCTOR, Granbury has plenty of them. Been a…read morepatient of Dr. Smith for over 30 years and loved him... However over the past 5-6 years things have gone south. From EVERY appointment being 45mins to 1 hour late, to lack of communication, to non-existent follow-up (still waiting on a call from December 2024 when I specifically asked if they would call me right back...yep, yep....NOPE!!) To seeing a different PA every time I go in, which means you have to start all your medical history explanation over, in fact, haven't even seen Dr. Smith in YEARS... My appointment was at 8:30am...and as per normal I pride myself getting there 15-20minutes early just to make sure all is ready so there is no delay... After 9:30am (1 hr after my appointment was suppose to be / 1 hr 20minutes since I walked in the door) I got up and left. Heck they open at 8:00am--how can you be 1+ Hrs behind and you only opened 30 minutes ago?? If the customer / patient was this late or missed an appointment then there are penalties associated with that (which I agree), but what happens when the clinic is over 1hr late??? Doesn't seem fair, my time is just as important as your time...and I am the Patient / Customer who is PAYING for the service. Used to be a great place, but either Dr Smith has taken in too many patients, they lack proper scheduling training, or purposefully they are just cramming as many cattle into the trailer as they can to turn a profit...either way, customer service has gone to heck...and too many other Doctors in Granbury to waste my time.
