Turk Express Care 2.0 this location is in Granbury. I also use the one here in Glen Rose, Dr. Turk and his wonderful wife Shelley Turk nurse practitioner is incredible. I started my journey with them about 12 years ago. They are kind, loving an incredible compassionate people. I love the fact that they take walk-ins and will allow you just to show up when you need in a moment of emergency. I also go to Shelley Turk for some Botox and some beauty. products facials. She also just got this incredible new machine called XO mind. It is a state of the art treatment dealing with your brain function, but also the machine also has features with other units that can tone your flabby bodies and also help with women's cognizance helping men stay powerful in the bedroom. This machine is incredible consultations are always free about Botox and fillers which I love that way you don't get ripped off from other people who else does free consultations in the willing to take the time to talk about fillers and Botox. nobody within 1,000,000 miles I think God that I found these people and I enjoy knowing that I am protected and safe and treated with the upmost advanced healthcare and keeping my youthful skin youthful. GRANBURY LOCATION. Got a steroid shot in my buttock for the flu. The shot was poorly administered resulting in fat atrophy. According to a dermatologist my issue cannot be fixed unless I get fillers. Not only that, the person giving my shot was training another employee. Almost like the blind leading the blind. Further, every time my husband attempts to have his ADHD meds refilled they mess up the prescription. They either forget to call it in or mess up the dosage. There are better clinics out there. read more

You get what you pay for I guess. I got advice/ opinions from Dr. Jay regarding hormone replacements. He was not an advocate of it and explained the monitoring process, expense, and negative tone about the whole issue. I was advised not to go to Turk Express but went and wasted money any way. I would suggest going to them for regular illnesses, small injuries, etc. read more

I came upon this little gem after being turned away from the Glen rose ER (they literally said, if you think you have Covid, don't come in, we won't test you or treat you. Stay home and take Tylenol!) Dr Turk and his staff saw I was in need of medical help. They tested my for Covid and I was positive. They immediately got me started on some IV fluids and extra vitamins and then he prescribed me medication that I believe saved me from ending up in the hospital. I had a bad case of Covid and with Dr Turks help and guidance I am almost back to my normal healthy self. What a blessing this place was!! read more

I really wish I could separate the doctor and NP from the office staff for my review. I've seen both physicians. However, my experience with their schedule coordinator over the phone just now makes me not want to return. I am honestly not sure why office staff in the medical field have such a hard time being civil. I moved around my work schedule twice to try to schedule a follow-up appointment. When I called to try to schedule the appointment after confirming the change to my UPT for a second time, the schedule coordinator informed me my appointment may be canceled for a procedure. I asked her to confirm that after I scheduled, my appointment could just be canceled without much notice. She started getting an attitude with me at that point about how "it's just a possibility". I began to ask her why they offered that time slot if they were not available for it as I am a M-F working adult and a nanny trying to make it work like anyone else. She cut me off rudely and asked if I wanted the appointment or not, at which point I quit trying and tensely thanked her for being so "lovely". I worked as a schedule coordinator at a weekly therapy office. I do not see how my questions were such an affront. I was tense for sure but neither was I raising my voice or attacking her personally or using aggressive language or profanity. I clearly communicated my frustrations and tried asking questions to understand the rationale and was met with irritation and indignation. This experience ruined the clinic for me as I am not going to spend more time missing hours for my own livelihood to be treated like an inconvenience by yet another service provider. I created a Yelp account just to post about this as I was really excited to have found an affordable and dependable option for care as someone without access to corporate Insurance. I just wish there was something else I could do but as a smaller organization, I doubt I'll be able to speak with anyone about this, and all past experience has taught me that it's basically never worth complaining and easier to go somewhere else when something like this occurs. Even if you speak to management, it turns into a he said-she said dramatic event and understandably, the employer feels obligated or justified in defending their employee over 1-4 consumers. I had recommended my two sisters and my mother and brother to come here as well and now I can't in good conscience send them over as I don't want them to be treated as I have been. read more

Phlebotomist are bad. They blew my vein and tore my arm up. Bad bruising and much pain
