Was rude and dismissive. Mis-reported facts, and when that was pointed out, just didn't address the misstatements. Blamed owner for not properly maintaining downspout (?!). They will continue to send unsubstantiated bills weeks after work is completed, completely uncorrelated to contracted prices, and without the ability to give any explanation for any of the increases (more than 2X the original job cost in aggregate) other than that they either made mistakes or want more money. And this goes beyond submitting direct claims to insurance companies without any owner or policyholder knowledge or consent. How the company is still in business and hasnt been shut down through civil lawsuits and insurance fraud is mind-boggling. I don't even know if the work was quality, I just want them gone and to never have to deal with them ever again - and I hope no one else does either.

I had old gutters removed and new ones installed. They were installed incorrectly and pitch heavily upward so that any spill over will leak directly into my home. I will now have to have gutters removed and issue corrected by another company for twice the original cost. I was advised that Scott-Lee Guttering Company does not do any carpentry work, which is in no way advertised on their website or communicated during the job. I recommend avoiding and finding a company that is upfront with their customers with what must be done to correctly perform their service instead of acting like there is no issue and doing a job incorrectly to simply get it done. I've learned the hard way, don't repeat my mistake.
