Got my RAV4 wrapped here. They told me it would last 3 years, but I had problems almost…read moreimmediately. First off, I take very good care of my car, so this wasn't from neglect. When I got the vehicle back, I noticed the wrap job was sloppy. Parts of the wrap were already lifting as I drove home. They also broke my AWD emblems on the rear doors and never told me. Luckily, I'm very thorough when looking over my car and caught it myself. Natasha acted weird when I asked about getting them replaced, but they eventually ordered new ones. The problem was I had to come back on a separate day just to get them installed. That should have been taken care of from the start. It's ridiculous that I even had to ask. After only 3 weeks, the wrap started peeling, so I had to bring it back to be fixed. Then after 7 months, it started discoloring and peeling again. I followed the cleaning routine they gave me exactly, so there was no reason for the wrap to fail like that. At that point, I was completely fed up and decided to have the wrap removed about a year after it was installed. Their solution to all of this was offering me $200 off the removal. Before that, Natasha kept giving me the runaround, blaming the wrap manufacturer, and either ignoring or "forgetting" to reply to messages. I had to keep reaching out multiple times just to get updates. When they removed the wrap, my car was covered in sticky residue and fuzz. They left scraps of wrap all over the vehicle, including behind the mirrors. To make matters worse, they damaged the left side of my bumper during the removal process and took paint off my front passenger door handle. To top it all off, after the wrap was removed, I had the exact same issue with the AWD emblems as I did when the wrap was first installed. The emblems were missing again. Natasha initially tried to act like they were never there in the first place. After I kept pressing the issue, she finally agreed to order replacements. That was over a week ago, and I still haven't heard a single update from her. In the end, I spent $3,600 for a wrap that failed, damaged my vehicle, and came with some of the worst customer service I've dealt with. Complete waste of money, I deserve to be refunded for this!!

Initially, PPF was installed to the front of the car. Having the PPF on the car makes washing the car so much easier! The water just beads right off. Now that the PPF has been installed on the entire car, I now have that extra protection, plus I'll be saving so much more time washing my little car. Norbert is always quick to respond and very reliable. At the time of the car drop off and pickup, he's always ready to greet me and my husband. He's very flexible too. I've had referred two family members to gave PPF installed on their new vehicles, and they were also impressed by Norbert's professionalism and skills. He does an excellent job! This guy is now not answering any of our calls or texts. He still has our Razor and he also still owes the other shop $6,000 for them to complete the cage, doors and other misc items. At this point, we consider our car and insurance money stolen. If you have not read any of the other reviews from me, the short version is, our Razor was rolled in Oct 2023. Chris cashed our insurance check November 2, 2023. Our car was dropped off to him in April 2024 (he said it was because he was waiting on the backordered chassis before he could start the work... which is a lie like everything else he says). He has had our car for 10 months, and our money for 15 months. F'ing RIDICULOUS! ... Now he's not answering calls or texts. **DO NOT USE THIS SHOP FOR ANYTHING!!** UPDATE 1/22/25 at 8pm: Our car was FINALLY dropped off by a tow truck to another shop.... My God, it looks worse than it did 15 months ago when this nightmare started. I have no words. It's 100% confirmed that Chris had no clue what he was doing. We have not received an apology and he refuses to admit he did us dirty. We also found out he is trying to get more money from our insurance company. WTF! We are two steps ahead of him though. They have been in the loop this entire time and they are not paying him one more penny. I'm pretty sure he's black listed from ever doing work for them again too.
