First off Im retired police detective. My BS meter is still in very high working order. I go into this place to replace one tire, because I have decided if I want to go wider on the same wheels. Or replace all my wheels and tires. The service writer comes out to my vehicle and tells me that my Wildpeak ATW3 were not being made anymore. I have to replace all four tires. Then he proceeds to tell me that they provide financing....same as cash blah blah. In my mind I'm saying this is BS. The dude didn't even walk inside and fake ran it on his computer. He tried to run that BS literally, within 5 mins of looking at my Jeep. He must have thought I was operating from the "short bus". He takes my keys and asked me to meet him inside to work out the details. I whip my phone search my tire online. America Tires across the street.showed carrying the ATW3s. Paul and his crew are an asset to the Murrieta area. It's rare to find a shop that's able to lift your truck, install a stereo and tint and have ALL the work be flawless. These guys are the real deal. Front office is clean - when i went in to pick up my truck, they walked me through the shop to go show me my vehicle. No accumulation of crap; they keep a tidy working area and had all high end builds in the shop - leaves a great impression and, to someone that takes a TON of pride in his vehicle, makes you feel good about leaving your prized possession in their care. I had them rip the 20 year old tint off the windows of my 2003 Ram 2500 and redo everything in ceramic. While it was there, the stereo was upgraded. Their audio tech, Chris, isntalled JL Audo C3-650s components front and Rear, JL HD900/5 amp and a 10w3 in a Stealth box under the rear seat with a Pioneer headunit and backup camera. I've had a "system" in every vehicle I've owned since the early 2000s and NONE have compared to this. The mounting and wiring of everything is top-notch. I don't want to pass over this as it's no longer a given. I have PAID MANY SHOPS to wire (I have the ability, but lack time) and end up with a rat's nest i later need to solve or pay someone to redo. The post installation tuning left me with balanced sound. I find myself neglecting the remote bass knob as sound is perfect across the board - power metal, Reggae, country, Progressive House - it doesn't matter. Balanced is the best way i can describe it. Not too much bass, not pitch(y). Back to the tint - phenomenal job. No bubbles, perfect match and the high end ceramic film should work wonders to keep my LMC replacement dash from cracking as the original did after 20 years of UV exposure. Lastly, their appreciation for YOUR time. I dropped off Thursday morning and Chris worked until 10:30pm on Thursday night bypassing and removing the factory amp from my vehicle. Most shops would've left this installed and just utilized the plug. Nope, they did it right and spent the extra time (after hours) to do it. I picked up my truck as planned Friday after work. it would've been way easier to cut corners or push me out until Monday/Tuesday but these guys went above and beyond. I am actively looking for reasons to take the truck back to Paul and Brian. read more

Came in for an alignment and when I left I was told it was adjusted as much as possible. Driving away I felt it pull and my steering wheel wasn't straight, so I brought it back and they tried to tell me they couldn't adjust it again because they claimed I changed the ride height, most like changed from them changing the caster which also brought me wheel too close to the chassis that it rubs now. After talking to them they agreed to do it and it still has my steering wheel crooked, it's a lot better and they changed it more even though the first time it was maxed out apparently. I went in today for a wheel lock that was not provided at time of purchase. Dealer sent me to so cal auto as they were the ones who installed all the off-roading upgrades for my gladiator. Paul greeted me when i walked in. Knew what I was looking for and got me the wheel lock right away. I asked about a couple of bolts for the spare tire holder that came off when installing the bed liner. Paul took action and had me pull truck into one of the empty stalls and began working. Took a little over an hour using multiple tools as it was not an easy task. I have gone to a few mechanics and no one had the tools to make it work. These folks were recommended by the dealership I purchased my 2022 Jeep Gladiator from. They are WAY more fair on their parts prices and labor than any others other 4x4 shops around. Most 4 x 4 places added costs on the parts and some added quite a lot to the part itself and add an extra hour or two of labor. So Cal Auto Style did not do that to me. I typically got the parts I ordered at the same cost from the retailer and the labor was always within the scope of what the manufacturer said it would take to do the install in the first place. I had to get my front brake pads changed at SoCal Auto, my car has only 11K miles, they told me that I have to change the Rotors as well and If I don't change the Rotors there will be a vibration when hitting the brakes and they will not be responsible for that. Now the brakes does not have the vibration issue but has squeaky noise that was not mentioned before getting the service done. However at the final invoice under non covered warranty the noise issue was sneak in as well. If they would have mention the noise issue then I could have spent few hundreds more to replace the rotors as well. read more
