**DO NOT USE THIS SHOP FOR ANYTHING!!** It's now January 22, 2025 and we have officially called the Sheriff to file a police report on Chris the owner of Uncensored Motorsports. This guy is now not answering any of our calls or texts. He still has our Razor and he also still owes the other shop $6,000 for them to complete the cage, doors and other misc items. At this point, we consider our car and insurance money stolen. If you have not read any of the other reviews from me, the short version is, our Razor was rolled in Oct 2023. Chris cashed our insurance check November 2, 2023. Our car was dropped off to him in April 2024 (he said it was because he was waiting on the backordered chassis before he could start the work... which is a lie like everything else he says). He has had our car for 10 months, and our money for 15 months. F'ing RIDICULOUS! ... Now he's not answering calls or texts. **DO NOT USE THIS SHOP FOR ANYTHING!!** UPDATE 1/22/25 at 8pm: Our car was FINALLY dropped off by a tow truck to another shop.... My God, it looks worse than it did 15 months ago when this nightmare started. I have no words. It's 100% confirmed that Chris had no clue what he was doing. We have not received an apology and he refuses to admit he did us dirty. We also found out he is trying to get more money from our insurance company. WTF! We are two steps ahead of him though. They have been in the loop this entire time and they are not paying him one more penny. I'm pretty sure he's black listed from ever doing work for them again too. Customers beware! I had the shop do some work for me thinking they would be a good fit. I had my car in the shop for a long time! My car was damaged, parts were stolen off of it, and broken parts put back on. The owner Chris always asked for a check to be made out to his wife which I thought was a little strange. These folks came highly recommended in a post on the Spyder Ryder of America - San Diego Ca. group on Facebook for customization. Although I live in Vegas, business brings me to Temecula every other week and these folks are just a few minutes away from my client's office. I have been wanting to get a BajaRon Swaybar installed. I'm sitting in my home office on a Sunday and knowing they were closed, figured I'd message them and I'd here back from them on Monday. #1 - They message me back within 20 minutes. I'm a marketing guy...this speaks to me. Loudly. We trade a few messages and they promised to get me a price quote on Monday. #2 - Monday morning I sign into Facebook and see a message from them with a price quote. I'm F&^%ing impressed. #3 - I call them and give them my credit card. Hey...it's custom work, they have to order stuff...fair is fair, I don't mind prepaying. I also schedule an appointment. I tell them that I am going to be in town the week of July 23rd, we set an appointment for the 24th at 9:30-ish. #4 - I show up and Chris and I talk about the project...and I have to say that he is an amazing dude. We talk about cars, bikes, tattoos, wives, pretty much everything including the meaning of life. My kind of guy...totally serious about business but friendly and personable as well. This was an immediate bromance. I knew he was going to take good care of my bike. That makes me happy. #5 - I was planning on either walking back to the office or taking an Uber...he had one of his guys give me a ride. That was cool. I didn't get the guys name but we talked about some customization that I want to get done for a Toyota Matrix that I own. This dude was also very personable and, better yet, very knowledgeable. Sold me on using these folks for that customization too....even if I have to drive the car from Vegas and leave it for several days. #6 The plan was that I would get the bike back in 3-4 hours. Chris nailed it. We traded texts and I was told that they would pick me up and bring me to their shop. Chris picked me up himself...that was impressive. #7 OK...here is the good part. Chris took about 20 minutes and coached me on the things that I have to talk about with the place in Vegas where I have service done. He talked about the subtle stuff that has to get done in order to get max life out of a bike. #8 - They have a customer for life. When my wife and I go and eat dinner in restaurants we also talk about whether or not they have love in the kitchen. It's really easy to tell if the chef loves what he or she does. In this case, with Uncensored Motorsports, its really easy to tell that these folks have love for what they do and this translates to them caring and appreciated their customers...and doing a really, really good job, I'm a very critical mo-fo and don't praise easily....Chris and his team are awesome. I have a 2000 Ford Excursion with a lift that had wondering steering. I had work done on it by other mechanics just to find that they were using crappy parts and doing Crappy work to it as well. I took my truck to Chris at UMP and am so glad I did. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was happening with my trucks steering and components. He gave me the best case scenario to repair everything and informed me of worst case scenario should he encounter other things as he got into doing the work. We badly needed some upgrades to our 31 foot Class C and was referred to Chris/Uncensored by one of our clients. We have had some OEM issues which worried us about adding/modifying anything. Regardless, we moved forward with the additions and modifications. The work was performed in less than two full days. This included finding and correcting wiring issues from the manufacture during the teardown and assembly. Chris was always available and helped us make informed/cost effective decisions on product and design. The complete process was smooth. Never trust this company! Paid $2000 and Chris installed a $500 satellite non HD dish thing (we wanted the same thing we had and got a $500 project and he said he'd make it right to my husband and I. Made an appointment 3 weeks out with my husband because he (Chris said he was swamped) was so swamped never called to cancel and never replied on my husband text messages.... right after he installed the item I said I'm not happy with it and it's not what I wanted in the first place and he said it's my tv and he said go buy a new tv with better quality and then will get the dish you wanted and will make it right... none of that happened! I can go on and on but I wouldn't recommend this place period! When you sign his Apple pad for the amount... that's all! Chris you said your were going to come back and make it right and give us what we asked for and paid for and you didn't!
