Except I made a mistake with the original pick up time. I put 2:45 AM vs PM. My fault. I had a very hard time getting ahold of anyone. (Email on website didn't work) calling they told me to email this was 15 minutes or less after booking. Finally I called the next morning and got someone. Luckily they were able to change it for me. Skip to day of arrival. Of course our connecting flight was delayed. I messaged city captain to let them know we were going to be later than expected. Our original driver still showed up at the normal time and asked where we were. I told them that I contacted the company and the rescheduled for A little later. He told me to call him when we were out of baggage claim. In the meantime, I got a message that a different driver was on their way to pick us up at the new anticipated time. I let them know our original driver was waiting for us. I didn't hear anything back, so I Joe they cancelled that driver. We finally got picked up and dropped off at our hotel. Phew! The driver was super friendly and understanding when we apologized about the situation. Fast forward to scheduled pick up from hotel to be take to the airport at 4 Am. I was texted at 3:30 that our driver was on the way. I stood outside of the hotel until 4:05 when I called and said "hey we were supposed to be picked up at 4 and our driver isn't here" I don't think they remembered. You could see their car on the map that was not driving. Shortly after my call it started moving. 20 minutes late our driver showed up. Luckily we were able To navigate through the airport quickly to make our flight. I am not sure if these issues are normal? We have scheduled Ubers before at 4 AM and have never had an issue. So It's weird that with a premium car service this would happen. I don't know. Everyone we had Contact with was friendly though.

A bonus is that this company is partnered with a lot of Temecula wineries and offered us tasting card discounts (Bel Vino and Maurice Carrie). Adam and Paula communicated to me via phone, text, and email for the quotes and info. They allowed multiple adjustments to my itinerary and accommodated adding on tasting cards last minute for my guests which was super helpful! Our driver, Jennifer, was early to our pickup location and waited outside for my large group to arrive. She provided me with the whole run down of the day and confirmed all of the details with myself and my guests, leaving room for questions before leaving. Super professional, friendly, efficient, safe, timely, and knowledgeable. The bus was clean, no smells, fun LED lights, a bathroom on board, water, ice coolers, and cups available. The one thing I will say is our bus' Bluetooth for music kept cutting in and out throughout the drive which was likely a wire issue. Jennifer was quick to reach over the phone after dropping us off, which was helpful when my brother in law wanted to go back to the bus to grab a surprise birthday cake for me. Jennifer gave us timely updates of when to be back at the bus in between venues to ensure enough time. Tip: if you're planning to go to more than one winery, you'll need more time than you think. 3 wineries and we definitely could've spent more time at each... 2 is a great number if you have a big group like mine. We went over in time but it thankfully the schedule was flexible for the rest of the evening. Jennifer prefaced any overtime charges at the beginning of the day so there were no surprises. Jennifer was grateful for the cash tip we left her at the end of the day. Make sure to Zelle or provide cash payments to avoid the credit card fees. Overall very positive experience!
