NPS = 7 Relatively…read morenice soccer field in Wynwood. And I mean relatively because when you really analyze Wynwood, you have to do it from a hipster view of things. A group of friends and I have been playing at this field on Thursdays, and sometimes I feel we play at this field more from convenience to all the friends that live in the area than for the field itself. Do not get me wrong, the guy that runs this shop is AWESOME. But the fields themselves...could use some work. The fields are VERY warped and not even. Even when it rains, there are "turf potholes" where water accumulates. The outdoor fields are also not as large as one would hope...but whatever, they get the job done. I have DEFINITELY been to better soccer fields and more well-kept fields. Additionally, Wynwood Soccer does NOT allow cleats. But...they rarely check. Just please, out of respect for others: do NOT wear cleats. Protect the field a little bit. The indoor side of things are not as bad. It is cool they have an indoor field and I heard kids can even have a birthday party there. The place also sells beer and Gatorade. If you ask nicely, I am sure they can play music to your liking in the exterior while you play. All in all, given that it is Wynwood, this is an "okay" field. It is about $100 an hour so if you play a 5v5, it comes out to...well, you can do the math. Catch me here on Thursday nights because...well, frankly I don't have a choice. Lol

Honestly not a great experience. The turf on our field was in really poor condition -- the seams of…read morethe synthetic grass were coming apart, which caused cleats to get caught constantly and made the ball bounce unpredictably. On top of that, the dividing net in the middle of the field was off-center, shifted way to one side, and the ball kept getting stuck in it throughout the game. It completely disrupted the flow of play. Overall, the facilities are in serious need of maintenance. We didn't enjoy it and won't be coming back.

I had a birthday party for my son recently. He had a great time. The people were pleasant. However,…read morethe parties aren't ran like Urban Air or Skyzone. The "party planner" plays with kids and that's it. I was told that they either aren't suppose to come in the room or just don't. I didn't know that . I thought someone would kinda guide the party etc. Not the case. There are a few things that I was unhappy with it. First thing, the table collapsed with my son's birthday and ice cream set up at the start of the party . The cake was damaged and a little lopsided . My son didn't even notice though. We had to look for someone who worked there to turn on the air in our party room, garbage bags another time , more plates/forks/spoon in the middle of the party. It took away from photo time and really enjoying the party bc I had to leave to find someone each time. I feel like you have people paying hundreds of dollars for a party . You should be checking the trash, asking do you need anything etc. I will say that everyone had a good time . My son had a good a time. The facilities and the bathrooms are clean. The parents loved the bar and smoothie area there which I think is pretty cool compared to other party facilities. I'm not sure I would do a party there again. If I did, I would probably have a photographer and someone to specifically help me with setting up etc.

My son picked a pair that was on display for $274.99. When I got to pay, the guy told me they were $299. Supposedly they were incorrectly tagged. I ended up paying the difference and hoping the shoes are not fake like the first ones. When I asked the manager about giving me the displayed price, he refused to. And never apologized about the horrible experience. If you need cleats just go online and do your search but don't go to Mad about soccer.

A store like this in the area is absolutely needed, given the obvious demographic, and the fact that Miami is home to the most indoor soccer facilities per-capita. A quality soccer cleat is going to run you in the $80-200 range. I bought New Balances (yes, apparently New Balance makes soccer cleats these days). Awesome fit. As a pro-tip, there's a huge rack with unboxed cleats which are marked for sale. If you can dig deep enough, you'll score a sweet cleat for a ridiculous low price. I didn't want to make a scene doing so, but I'm sure some of y'all will be willing to that. [[[4.5 stars]]]
