It was "it's okay, lots of kids have a hard first session. We will see you next week". Nope. They won't even try again. If your kid has behavior issues, don't count on hummingbird. Ridiculous experience.

I had surgery in December of 2021 and have dealt with many problems since. From painful hip joints and sprained ankles to severe pain and falls - one fall landed me in the ER where I was diagnosed with a concussion - It's been a long journey, to say the least. I was seen by some very awesome doctors, nurse practitioners and staff at Duly Health and Care and am deeply grateful for their care. Where do I begin? My first visit was with Rehana Renaud. When I first saw her, I could not walk on my own and used a wheel chair. She ordered a walker for me, a series or MRIs and referred me to a hip specialist. Rehana is the epitome of a compassionate and knowledgable professional. She listened, took notes, and immediately embarked on a journey to heal me. From there I saw a hip specialist who determined that the problem was in my spinal cord. It was from there that I saw Dr. Michael Conti Mica. He reviewed my MRIs and ordered more plus a CT scan of my noggin and sent me to Dr. Fetger for a hip injection. Ahhh, I finally have relief from some of the hip pain! Both doctors think there is a possibility that my thoracic spine is compressed, which is causing the problems. I trust they will get to the bottom of it in the next two weeks. For now, I can walk howbeit slowly, but I can walk without my walker! I am literally crying as I type this review. I have hope again. For so long, I've suffered, but now, I look forward to the day when I'm back to normal again. I believe it's just a matter of time. I cannot thank the professionals at Duly Health and Care enough!

I've had pain in my upper back and neck for the past 3 weeks, so I figured I'd give it a try. I met Dr. Oi at Team Rehab, who was very respectful and professional. He made me feel welcome when I walked into his clinic. He was very knowledgeable about my issue and was able to help me relieve my pain through educating me with stretching and strengthening exercises that I can do at home. He called me a week later to see how I was doing and I told him that the pain was gone. Team Rehab was great and I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

However, after a MONTH of attending, she then informed me that she hadn't seen my daughter exhibit the behavior we were there for in the first place (which basically means I was paying $30 a week for my daughter to play in a ball pit and do the alphabet. Neither of which addresses our reason for being there). Throughout our time there, I made it very clear to all involved that as of August 20th, we would no longer be using them as my daughter would be starting kindergarten, and our time wouldn't work anymore. They offered several times to put me on a waiting list for a weekend time slot, which I declined as we live 45 min away. I had to cancel my daughter's last session and again reiterated that we wouldn't be back due to kindergarten. Well, come August 20th, I was charged $50 for a no show. They claim they had no idea we wouldn't be returning and say I never canceled our future sessions. I spoke to MULTIPLE PEOPLE. No one there communicates. Someone at the front desk even apologized saying they recently changed "some things around" and that things have been a bit "disorganized ". A BIT? So after multiple appeals on my end to get the $50 charge refunded, they simply reply to me, "the charge is valid and will not be waved." (Excellent customer service, right?) I mean they literally rob you. And guess what? After six total weeks there, I never even received a report or ANYTHING on my daughter (despite being told at the end of every session that one was being put together). I still haven't seen anything documenting what was done, observed, NOTHING. I mean they are truly unhelpful, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I have never been this disappointed nor dissatisfied with a professional medical office in my life. Stay as far away as you can.

They all see different therapists and each and everyone is fantastic. They are very professional yet compassionate and loving to each individual. My son with autism was completely non-verbal until he started speech therapy there. At one point my family moved and tried a different special needs facility closer to home. Big mistake!!!! My son with autism completely regressed and almost became non-verbal again. These people totally know what they are doing and we are never leaving again:) I drive about an hour one way just to make sure my kiddos get the best care. From the office staff, to the therapists, to owner, each one is incredibly friendly and awesome. I praise God for each and everyone of them and the amazing jobs they do.
