    I would definitely not recommend Kyle. We hired him for our wedding and it was really the only…read moremistake we made - every other vendor we had was great. It was a challenge for us to book a DJ since we are currently living in California so we couldn't meet him before the wedding in Victoria. I think one minute with this guy would have told us to go elsewhere. Kyle was unprofessional, showing up 2 hours later than the time he requested and not bringing the equipment with him that he had promised. He was also rude to both my parents and our guests. He complained constantly about everything. He even sent rude text messages to my friends correcting their spelling of band names they requested - who does that? I could have forgiven all this if he had been good at his job. He totally messed up the transition between songs during our ceremony. It couldn't have been more abrupt. He also insisted on playing all of these terribly mash-ups that he must have put together himself that nobody could possibly dance to instead of the songs that we were requesting. I don't want to make a laundry list of complaints I just want to warm others to look elsewhere for a DJ. I'm sure they are all better than Kyle.

Kyle provided the music for our ceremony at Beacon Hill Park and immediately after had to rush to our reception location to set up since our reception venue had tight time restrictions for set up. (He was not allowed to set up before the ceremony since it's a restaurant open for lunch). This only gave him about 2ish hours to get there and set up. We were quite concerned but he was quite confident that it could be done. Of course, it was all done when we got there (lights, speakers, and all) and I would have been fine if it was a bit behind schedule considering the circumstances. I had a list of songs I wanted to use and of course he was able to play all the unusual songs I had requested during the ceremony as well as most if not all the songs I requested during the reception. Some may say I was quite specific since I even had a list of certain genre of songs I wanted during entrance, cocktail hour,dinner time, and others for the dance portion and he follow through 100%. He was also our emcee which I fear would be impersonal but I wanted all my guests to enjoy themselves and he did an overall GREAT job. No awkwardness at all. I must also commend Kyle because he had no hesitation when we requested he be present for our unorganized rehearsal the day before the wedding and we are glad he did because it was helpful to learn our timing and he offered suggestions as well. He also took his time to contact our venue about set up and things he needed, one less thing I needed to worry about. I am also going to note that we also rented a projector screen that was awkwardly large from another vendor which was kind of a hassle for us to bring to the reception venue since they wouldn't have space to store it before the ceremony. Kyle offered to take it in his truck and set it up for us at the venue, as well as the set up the projector itself. At the end of the night, he even offered to return it for us since he had space in his vehicle. We couldn't believe it since again, one less thing to worry about. Because we are out of towners, we only met Kyle once or twice(rehearsal) before the big day but he was incredibly responsive to my many emails. I am more of an email person and when someone emails me within a few hours, I truly appreciate that. In terms of pricing, I didn't do too much shopping but he fit the bill just right for us and especially with the service we received, I would hire Kyle no question.

    We hired Renea as our "day of" coordinator for our wedding, to handle making sure that people &…read morevendors were all in place at the right time & knew what to expect. She went above and beyond by helping us with any pre-planning questions we had as well as providing vendor suggestions & even helping us scout locations. She was always incredibly quick to respond to email or phone calls and was a fantastically fun person to work with. When we had a last-minute change of venue she was there to help us figure out last minute decorations and was even able to provide some of the necessary pieces from her own collection. She totally saved the day more than once during our wedding. We couldn't have done it without her and would recommend her without reservation to anyone looking for help with their wedding. Her fee was totally reasonable & actually seemed low for the amount of help she ended up providing us.

I also needed someone who could filter through all my crazy ideas and help me make the right decisions. I'm so happy I found Renea. Her calm and easygoing personality is perfect for dealing with an excitable bride. I emailed her a million times a week and bombarded her with questions all year, and because of her I was able to figure out the right catering company, flowers, photo booth, espresso company, and more. Thanks to her, my poor husband didn't have to hear every single tiny detail, I had someone else to bounce it all off of! When things went wrong that were out of either of our control (like a venue change a month before the wedding - the horror!, as well as the wrong linen color = bride meltdown), she handled both with grace and calm and we got through it. She set up my millions of decorations on the day of, and through her experience and vendor relationships, made the day go off smoothly without a hitch!
