Overall, a good place to rent. The price matches the quality you get. I would recommend communicating via email. They seem to be annoyed for questions via the phone.

Communication was off from the start - Brenna often didn't reply to my emails unless I called in or followed up. I was very clear from the start that we may end up canceling the tent if the weather looks good (knowing we would still have to probably pay the full cost anyways). It was always a backup plan incase rain was in the forecast. Brenna reassured my planner and I that this was fine and the delivery fees listed were worst case scenario. A week before the wedding, Brenna casually mentions that the dancefloor is unable to be put outside because of venue specific reasons. I confirmed with the venue back in February that a dancefloor could in fact be put outside, so I'm not sure why Brenna did not think so. A lot of back and forth later and they finally agree to the following: 1. Dancefloor can be put up outside without the tent covering it if there is no rain in the forecast 2. We can call on the Friday before the wedding to cancel the tent if the forecast looks good. So that Friday comes and the forecast looks good, so my planned decides to call them up to cancel the tent setup. However, they decided to setup both the tent and dance floor on Friday morning without notifying either of us. When we call to insist they need to come and take the tent down, they basically say it's not their problem and they can't send a crew out until Tuesday. They also start saying they won't allow their dancefloor to be uncovered because there's a small chance of rain Sunday morning. Not once do they apologize or admit there was a miscommunication on their end, instead Jill threatens to cancel our contract entirely and tear down everything because I was understandably frustrated on the phone with her. Again, this was a day before my wedding. More back and forth with Jill before she finally agrees to send someone to take the tent down and schedules a crew to take the dance floor down on Saturday night - although it was going to cost us $500 extra. $500 extra just for the original services we wanted back in February!! As I told Jill on the phone, I have no clue how they are still in business if this is how disorganized operations are. Absolutely ridiculous.

I don't usually enjoy people in my home while I'm working, but Renee is a delight and unobtrusive. She knows her craft so well that before you know it your home smells wonderful and your kitchen is as clean as it was before she got there (I honestly don't know how she does it). Renee has been cooking six servings of three meals for us flawlessly since we first met her. She even catered a large garden party we had last year where you could tell quantity did not jeopardize the quality of her food. Every bite was packed with delicious whole ingredients and no corner was cut. Renee can meet all of our dietary restrictions (gluten, dairy, nightshade, seed oil, and some nut intolerances) and offer meals that are incomparable to what we can find in restaurants or cook for ourselves. I cannot stress how delicious everything is. There has never been a time when we weren't blown away by her creations. The balance of flavor and spice is some of the most unique and delightful I have ever tasted. You can tell she's constantly learning new recipes and perfecting them for herself and her clients. Take a look at her Instagram! I'm always so intrigued by what she's up to. Her meals bring comfort and variety to our home. Not everyone in my family is vegan or has even tried vegan food before. I rented an aerator and mentioned that I had never used one before. The staff did take a moment to explain how it works, which was helpful. I also asked at the front desk whether I should use a trailer to transport it, and was told it shouldn't be necessary since they could load it into my truck using their ramp. Three employees loaded the aerator into the bed of my truck (with a canopy), rolled it in, and we closed the tailgate. As I was slowly pulling out to get onto Highway 99, the machine rolled forward, breaking through the canopy glass and shattering the rear window of my truck. What's most frustrating is that no one mentioned that the aerator can freely roll or that it needs to be secured during transport. For someone who has never used this type of equipment, that's critical information. When I returned to the store, I was told, "it has wheels and it'll move," which came across as dismissive. The owner pointed to a sign stating they are not responsible for damage during loading. While I understand liability policies, this situation could have easily been prevented with a simple warning or basic guidance. I've been a long-time customer and regularly rent equipment here, which makes this especially disappointing. I expect better communication and care, especially when safety and potential damage are involved.

She did a great job listening to my ideas, then making them come to life.
