When I registered my first car, I needed the plates right away as I was unable to secure a temp tag in Florida. Therefore, I purchased the 24 hour turnaround service from them. They received the title documents from the dealership on Monday afternoon, submitted to the DMV that day. On Tuesday they sent the plates via overnight delivery and I had the plates by noon on Wednesday! I asked a lot of questions along the way as this was my first registration, and they responded to every question usually within an hour or two. Stop calling this business a "library."They are not a library in any sense of the word.After I not…read moreonly discovered they are operating as business and not fully a county library and ripping people off deliberately,I stopped "renting" books etc from imagineif and I see I was further correct by the recent articles/news about the whole situation.I had "rented" some books from them after imagineif took over and I was only ever informed by imagineif once of missing books and that was one single letter informing me that I was being sent to collections for the missing books.Previously if I or anyone in my home had a late book we would receive several informational reminders.After calling and asking questions I was informed that they do not mail late notices anymore of any kind and that they will just start up a bill for $1 a day(A far cry from the previous 10 cents a day)after a book/movie/item was three weeks late and then onto collections.So they also did not inform anyone on their website or through any news outlet otherwise I would have definitely seen/been properly informed the new facts of their business.My jaw hit the floor.I paid for the books and shut down all my households cards after reading the article about shareholders(or whatever they want to be called)crashing a columbia falls library meeting with their hands out demanding money.I will not be apart of any imagineif book renting business if it is not going to be fully a county library or whatever it is that it was before,plain and simple.Non profit my foot.

If people got their packages on time the day they were delivered then I wouldn't be concerned with the prices being jacked up every year. The employees have brand new vehicles, Very good pay/benefits package and constant closures that they think they are entitled to but they do not think customers are entitled to their packages being delivered on time. As well as the fact that they refuse to keep the doors unlocked for people to get their mail, boldface lying to customers that homeless are wrecking the place. There has never been one shred of evidence to prove this, EVER. Meridian is by the warming center and they will turn people away if they are not in line at the time they want people there at the warming center in the early evening. So the homeless would use and trash the never locked meridian post office not flathead post office. I will have more sympathy and respect for where they are coming from when I get my mail on time. We don't want people working at the post offices that want to be paid but do not want to do their jobs.
