The reason I was given is that the church probably did not fill out a service form so that the mail service could start for them. Seriously?! I sent it priority and a USPS person called me and told me that the town was so small that they probably didn't have any carriers there so only PO Box's had been set up. Meridian is by the warming center and they will turn people away if they are not in line at the time they want people there at the warming center in the early evening.
