Finding a fantastic wax technician is rare, but once you find someone like her, you stick with her forever. I think it's her technique made it hurt so much less than previous experiences elsewhere. Her skill and sweet attitude made all the difference. The pricing is comparable to what I used to pay at Wax Queen, but a huge plus is that they conveniently accept credit cards here. One person, the salon manager, was exfoliating and massaging in between answering the phone and scheduling , another person clipped and filed my nails, and took a break to eat after clipping and filing my fingernail, then another person painted my toenails, and I am pretty sure used a different color then what I choose. It was very distracting and not very relaxing.
