I was told on the phone that they do great pedicures with the best foot massage. The place was nice, clean, and everyone was friendly. I was disappointed though and will probably try another place. I paid $70 and the massage was basic and I still had some dead skin on the bottom of my foot. Not worth $70 for sure.

I was adamant on regular polish, and kept telling both my technician, and whom I can only assume was the manager, that I did not want gel polish--even after the manager said that it would only be $10 more (it was $15 by the way). I still didn't want to spend the extra for gel. I thought that by my adamancy they would have listened. However, when I got my bill, they charged me for gel for both services. When I brought it up, my technician said I agreed on the polish. I did not, in fact. I agreed on the color, not the gel version. They do not take "no" for an answer. I have to say my first experience was INCREDIBLY disappointing. What was supposed to be a $80-$90 was $122. Unless you to be blatantly ignored and be charged for things you specifically didn't want and verbally communicated multiple times, you should probably take your business elsewhere. Ridiculous business practice. 0/10
