The fabulous owner Cecily is warm and inviting with great flair and sense of style. There's a cool blend of classic, funky and hip pieces. The other day, I was walking by and the shop owner was placing signs on the sidewalk that read: buy one get one. My favorite phrase. Of course.I had to stop in and check things out. If I could summarize it, it would be one word. Bohemian. They have some wonderful and unique items that you won't find anywhere. Many of the items are handmade local artisans. I think the prices here are very fair for the quality of things you get. I i definitely want to come back and do more browsing.

There's a lot to look through so give yourself sometime if you are browsing through everything, otherwise if you know exactly what you want you can ask so you can get points to the location of what you are looking for. I got sucked into one of the boutique's sales: "Buy one item at full price, get two more items free." Or something like that. I ended up purchasing an expensive Free People sweater (lavender rabbit fur with two white buttons to undo the neckline, along with lace over the shoulders, complemented by multi-colored stitching). For free, I chose a pair of hippie-flower gauchos (which are so out of style now and already were out the door at the time) and a very mod, block-color skirt. I still wear the sweater and skirt, so I'd say I fell for a pretty sweet deal. I must agree with Lauren S. that the clothing, overall, reminds me of sorority girls and their stay-at-home mothers. But, sprinkled among the Phi Mu mess are cool styles, reminiscent of Free People funk. I am most fond of the Bilthouse's pieces of decor--or at least when I shopped there last. I couldn't help myself and bought a folk art butterfly, with a chair leg body and rusted iron wings. This place is rather pricey but is worth a look if you're in the Buckhead area on a much-needed shopping binge.

I had the pleasure of stopping by on Sunday and I couldn't agree more... "West coast cool meets Southern Charm" is how it's described and that is spot on... This locally owned boutique must have opened just around the time I moved from Atlanta to Phoenix and it has been in business ever since! They carry everything from denim, gorgeous cashmere, unique blazers, camisoles, dresses, accessories and so much more. I think the key to this boutique is the incredibly attentive and friendly service. I know if I lived in Atlanta, I'd be shopping here often. In the meantime, I'll just have to make sure to visit every chance I get!

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I would strongly advise against shopping here…read more They will say whatever it takes to make a sale, including assuring you that a dress can be altered when it simply cannot. Instead of offering a real solution, we were told to use body tape--which is unacceptable when you're spending $500-$1,500 on a dress. To make matters worse, our daughter has severe skin allergies, so body tape is not even an option for her. When I raised these concerns, the person claiming to be the owner responded with, "not my problem." They refused to accept a return, even though we had the dress for less than 30 minutes and immediately took it to an independent alteration specialist--something their own salesperson suggested, noting their in-house alterations were "very expensive." Even their own alteration person later confirmed the dress was not suitable for our daughter. We had originally been told that if this were the case, a refund would be issued. That turned out to be completely false. Instead, we were once again told to "use body tape." Now we're left with an $800 dress that cannot be worn. I recommend staying away. Also, take the time to research the ownership--because the person I spoke with on the phone misrepresented who they were. Absolutely unacceptable.

Like others have mentioned - sometimes I am delighted and other times I am disappointed, but because I love the quality and selection of merchandise so I will always come back! A salesperson who is not attentive or barely polite is a disincentive to buyers who can spend their money any place they choose. So to the Mgr of Sundance - do some coaching with your associates and select staff wisely. It's the difference between shoppers spending a couple of hundred dollars vs a couple of thousand.

The sales person brought out two other pairs of Kork Ease shoes in another style, but of course they were not what I wanted. This store is always hit or miss, some of the associates are nice, others not so much. The BAIT And switch tactics are not what I expected from Sundance, and I have no idea why they would do this. Have no desire to go back anytime soon if they take advantage of loyal customers.
