I can see why N'Tara is the store manager. Great service, super helpful, and very welcoming. I was in search for a pair of shoes and called in advance for a specific size. Came in to try them on and purchase but needed a size bigger which a lot of the stores were all sold out. I thought I would leave purchasing the sandals but N'Tara too the rescue. She asked if she wanted me to check the other stores and she quickly found me a store that had one. Due to the quick and easy transaction and great service I received from them both I ended up walking out with two additional shirts that I've been eyeing. The only thing I wish is they would close later than 7 pm on weeknights. Definitely shop this Dress Up location. Everything is pretty reasonably priced and they have all the latest styles on deck. They got regular weekly shipments of new clothes. This boutique has everything from accessories such as hats and jewelry to tops, dresses, and pants as well as seasonal shoes/sandals. What I considered great deals before, become mediocre deals without that extra 25% off. Regular stock is priced less than retail, but more than what I see in TJs and Marshalls. There is also less of it. I bought a Nina Leonard polka dot dress for $25; their original price was $50 (but I suspect it never sold for that.) Dresses by the same manufacturer are at Kohl's for about what I paid. Deal or no deal?! I'll give Nordstrom Rack another look, but my expectations won't be high.

Many shops (including a major chain) try to fill the gift space but I love to find unique items that are not everywhere. That is how I felt here. While speaking to the young lady, she told me there are only a couple of locations. This is not a chain! I like that. They had choices from gifts to decor to clothing and so much in between. My daughter has a wedding to attend next weekend and we found a dress that I thought would be perfect. It looked great on her. The other day while at work, they broke mid-step while I was simply walking. The store refuses to refund or exchange. Their excuse was that they "can't resell damaged product if they accept the return". Well, unfortunately you will also never be able to sell to this customer again. A simple refund of a measly $23 and I would have been on my way. I cannot even imagine stepping foot in their store again. You get better service from Forever 21, and that is sad. I am not familiar with other boutiques return policies, but I strongly advice you put down the cute pair of bell bottoms you see at Ensemble and go find them at another boutique who respects your business. You have so many to choose from, I was a bit overwhelmed, but Sharon helped me find the right shoe and even gave me style suggestions on when and what to wear. --Service/Staff-- I can't say enough about the staff for helping me out when the online order did not go through. I think if the employee did not help me. I would not have a pair of New Balance right now. --Products-- I'm so happy with my New Balance, there is a reason why they are trendy and stylish right now. --Capacity-- There were four people on staff, so they can help over 12 plus customers at a time. There was plenty of room to browse and look for footwear. --Overall-- Recommended to try and talk about footwear and styling on what type of New Balance would fit and work for you.

I ordered socks to be shipped to me since the online app took my order twice then cancelled it…read moresaying they couldn't verify my address which was absolutely ridiculous. However, despite me saying ship them to my home address the person taking the order at the store pulled up an old PO Box I used to have at PakMail. For almost two weeks the package was lost inside the PakMail. The manager there is Michael and he signed for it so I know it was there but misplaced. I thought it could have been returned to sender also. So I called the New Balance store to tell them about the mixup. The store tried to make it right by ordering a second package of socks to be shipped from the Mall of GA store. It's going to be delivered to my house. Today I stopped by the PakMail to see if my package was found. It was at the bottom of a bin. I don't know why they couldn't find it last week. I just called the Alpharetta store to tell them the package was found and I wanted to pay for the second package. Mark answered and I tried to explain what happened and that I wanted to pay for the second package of socks. He must have been busy or in a bad mood or he didn't believe me. He curtly said enjoy the free socks. If it was a screw up on their part I shouldn't have to pay. It just doesn't feel right. I'm an honest person. Oh well, I go there at least once a year to buy shoes and socks.

Parked my car,…read morecrossed the street and there in front of my eyes was the most adorable shop, so colorful and design-forward. It yelled to me, "come inside". I walked in, didn't get very far inside before I was stopped by these vibrant, hand-painted hats. OMG. Such a variety of shapes, colors, I didn't know which to get, but I had to have one. I walked further into the store and my eye caught so many beautiful dresses that were screaming, "me, me, me". My girlfriends were busy buying these groovy sunglasses but then reminded me of our mission and it was not to shop. I will be back because I can tell it's going to become my new obsession.

This store appears to carry junior and misses sizes up to a size 14 but their tunic tops and sleeveless cardigans were generously sized. They carry cute tops and dresses in a variety of patterns and bright colors. Once you assemble that perfect outfit, you can also get shoes, jewelry and a bag because they have it all. This is the perfect shop to find that special souvenir item that you wear season after season and always conjures up fond memories. When it comes to souvenir items, I prefer functional items like clothing and jewelry that will last a long time and give the most enjoyment. This is the perfect shop for finding that special item for that special someone. This shop should be first on your list when shopping in Norcross.
