There was no rush for these to be picked up but was told Friday they would be ready. Fast forward to Friday morning to pick the pairs of jeans/pant up and they only have the jeans ready. The alteration job was very poorly done. Gone is the original hem. They cut the bottom off a few inches folded the flap and sewed with one single thread, no seam press, and threads were loose and coming out already. The only thing done right was getting the length. I mention this to the lady and she says she will work on it herself and have it ready later that evening. The pants needing the patchwork were not even worked on and said they would have it ready now next Monday. I return 1 hour before close to pick up the jeans and the stitching was just run back and forth on a couple of the loose threads from originally. It actually looked worse now and the same lady mentions she will fix this and do it herself. The jeans will supposedly be ready next Monday now. I'm really disappointed in this place. I can not recommend this as a good alteration shop and would recommend somewhere else that has the know how and skill to do things right

My first impression of Laundry Day was that it was clean and had new machines. I like it's location because it is close to Grocery Outlet and Geens on Your Way, in case you need a snack. There are lots of parking spaces available and I was able to park right by the front door. I came on a Sunday morning and basically had the place to myself. I've used laundrymats like this before, so I knew how to load the card with money and how to get the machines going. The gentleman who was working was friendly to the other patrons who came in and needed assistance using the washing machines. I overheard him patiently explain the process to a few people. The washers are different sizes and prices. I probably could have consolidated my clothes to save money. My advice is to walk around and look at all the sizes before you start, so you aren't using too many small loads. The dryers work freaky good. I put my clothes in on medium for 15 mins and they were overly dry. I'd start at 5 or 10 mins and check to see if you need more time. This wasn't cheap, but it was effective. The laundrymat was clean and the machines were well maintained. There is a small bar area for you to ready, draw, or do computer work. They do not have complimentary wifi though, so make sure to prepare for that ahead of time.

But best of all, the man who manages this location is outstanding; I cannot remember in recent memory anyone giving such kind, helpful service. I had zero idea how to go about operating the machines and he walked me through it, unfazed by my cluelessness. This location is lucky to have such an employee! Doing laundry here was almost fun.
