I met Nick and his wife at Eberle Winery on the same day we were signing up Eberle as our wedding venue. After meeting Nick our process with the entire wedding went smoothly. Since we were from out of town we asked Nick for referrals; wedding Coordinators; florists; wedding cakes vendors and I can say without any hesitation it was the smoothest process ever. Nicks menu skills in asking us what we envisioned were spot on for our wedding. Great time served up by Nick. I hired him to cater for 4 of us to celebrate my buddies 50th at the AirBnB that we rented. Nick showed up on time and got right to work. It was nice because we could just relax and enjoy ourselves while the preparations that Nick was underway with started to fill the air and get us anxious to eat what was brewing. I posted some picture of just a few of the entrees/deserts. The plates started out like that, full and hearty, but I assure you that almost all the plates that Nick retrieved were cleared of all food items and likely didn't need to be washed ;-). Don't do it!!! This company will tell you they are available to do your event they will string you along for a week or more and then at the last minute they will tell you multiple excuses as to why all of a sudden they cannot do your date because they are too busy. We contacted this company Two weeks before a dinner party that we were going to host and they said they could do it. Halfway through the week they informed us they could no longer do that day because they were too busy and they forgot about another event that they had suddenly needed to Cater and asked if we could do the previous day. Although it was not ideal for us we did agree and set the date for one day prior to our original time. NOW one week before the date of the event they sent us an email and say oh we just realized we're too busy on that day to cater your party. This obviously leaves us in a situation where we are unlikely to find anybody with availability and likely will have to cancel the party. I do not recommend this company I would not use this company and the way that they interact with customers is highly unprofessional if I could leave zero stars I would read more
