I was driving through town and decided I wanted a smoothie for breakfast. Even though this place sounds like a soda-only place, I was pleasantly surprised when I called ahead and was assured that it was a fresh-fruit smoothie place as well! I showed up to this cute little shop and was pretty excited to see the variety of smoothies available. I talked with he owner and he explained that the smoothies are not only made with fresh-fruit but also with almond milk. So, interestingly enough, he's got the unhealthy soda AND the healthy smoothies in the same place. I ordered the "Jumpstart," but substituted raspberries for the strawberries. The owner was hesitant because he had never made it that way before. He made it for me anyway and then handed me my smoothie in about a minute, maybe two. Before I could even try it, he assured me that he would willingly make me the original or something different if I didn't like my creation. Let's just say I loved the Jumpstart. It had a nice blend of fruit, oats, and cinnamon to make my drink feel more like a meal. Summary: The customer service was fantastic. The smoothies are fantastic AND healthy.

The owner of the store was awesome, friendly and so sweet!! I can't give them 5 stars because the cookies I wanted to try they were sold out of. And they do NOT have a lot of sugar free syrups! Like 5! Not even coconut! My hubby loved his drink. It was a Mountain Dew, peach, red bull combo. I got just a diet Dr Pepper. I got the 2 cookies they had on hand. The homemade Oreo was NOT good at all. What is that frosting? It was like they put in marshmallow fluff straight from a jar. So sticky. The peanut butter cookie was huge and the people are so awesome and sweet they offered to put chocolate frosting on it for me. It was pretty good once you broke off the burnt edges of the cookie to get to the chewy part of the cookie. Would I go back? Sure to see if they had the other cookies made and a grab a diet drink. I have to actually to try the cookies I missed out on.

    Ewwwwww....

Normally love this place, but today was a different experience. The employees on 7/24 at around 3:00 were obviously inexperienced. They made the drinks differently, put a hair in our drink, and when we asked for no cream , believe it or not, they put cream in it. My lactose intolerant children struggled through the rest of the day. Hope they train those employees, or, if worse comes to worst, fire them.

I pass through Panguitch on road trips and occasionally stay the night, it's an adorable, family oriented, quaint town surrounded by some of the most beautiful mountain sights- and the coffee makes it even better. The Cowgirl Fire Water was so good that I went back a second time to order it again. It's a mocha with toasted marshmallow! The Pink Starburst Lotus was absolutely delicious, I wish I could have it every day. Get a Kolache while you're at it, such a cool thing to pair with the yummy drinks! The baristas here were all very kind, took the time to chat with me while they prepared my order, and even had some treats for my dog! I cannot wait to visit again.

I like that they had a good variety of drinks, plus some food - kolaches in particular caught my eye, haven't been able to find those outside of Texas! The sausage breakfast kolache was a good choice, they also have sweet options and energy balls, pastries, etc. A friend got their donuts and raved about how good they were, and served warm. I got one of their specialty lattes with honey and cinnamon - can't remember the name but it's a separate paper menu you'll have to ask for. They do use Torani syrups and have a few different milks available.

I've heard of this smoothie chain before but had never been prior to having them here. Unfortunately, we don't have any Tropical Smoothie Cafes in my hood (Bay Area California). After hiking the Figure 8 combo in Bryce Canyon, I was craving for something nice and cold to cool me off. Saw that this place was super close to my Airbnb and decided to try one of their smoothies. They have a drive thru here, but I figured that I'd go inside to check it out first since it was my first time there. The first thing I noticed was how clean the interior space was. It was sparkling clean! Always a good sign. The staff was super friendly and cheery. After perusing the menu, I decided on the Avocolada smoothie. I'm a sucker for anything with avocado in it, so I knew that this would be a hit. It most certainly was! So refreshing and of course... "tropical"! Well hey, what did you expect?! But honestly; this was one of those smoothies that was so good that I finished it within literal minutes. And then, couldn't stop sucking on the damn straw afterward. I had to get every little sip out of that cup! It was so good that I came back the next day after hiking in Zion. This time around, I got the Bahama Mama smoothie. It too was so tasty! It was so thick and creamy. The value is spot on here too. The closest thing to this in my hood would be Jamba Juice. And while I do enjoy them, I would probably trade them in for a Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Will definitely be coming back here again when I come back to Cedar City.

The acai bowl was tiny, runny, and tasted cheap. They said they get their granola from Walmart (which is definitely not healthy), so I skipped that. I did add peanut butter, and I'm pretty sure it's the cheap stuff with added sugar. The fruit on top was mushy and tasted like previously frozen, not fresh. I do not recommend you get this. The turkey sandwich with cream cheese cranberry spread was not for us. Again, I'm pretty sure the bread and thin sliced deli meat Turkey came from Walmart. We did not like it. On top of that, it took so long to get our food, and there was hardly anyone in the store. Out of the 3 workers, one young girl was making all the food, while the other two were just standing there talking. I'll never come back.
