They come in, take all your measurements, then order your custom lift. After all custom parts were delivered, they installed my lift in a day. It looks so handsome, and adds a lot of value to our home/property. Since installation, it's required a few minor tweaks and they always answer their phone, come out usually the next day, within a few days. The color scheme blends really well in our home.
