My discussions with them actually started in the summer of 2010, just when you had visited the agency, While excuses are just that, excuses; I wanted to respond to your comments and offer an apology. Our company currently maintains a loyal client base and have been bringing in new business on a regular basis. When you dropped in, it was during a transitional phase of the company. Of the the three original founding partners, two have maintained ownership with a commitment to customer service. I believe you hit us on a day when some of the issues that lead to the company restructuring were sidelining our core services. This didn't last long, and has been corrected. While it may be too late, I would say to you that we (the team) and I (as Account Manager/main "mouthpeice") would LOVE to meet with you if you have any other needs. We take responsibility for any mistake from the past; and we welcome the fact that we now know how you felt. Sofa Communications is a company that is extremely dedicated to their work, and the end project. We have approached them to develop several marketing and communication programs, and every time we have been very pleased with the results. Sofa Communications works with their clients to completely understand what they are looking for, and how they can develop it. After the first meeting with them, they had a great idea of what we were trying to achieve, and even what the final product was going to look like. They've even worked with us on a number of projects to get the total cost well within our budget (something others won't do).
