I ordered the new "scratch resistant" fabric that was needed to cover both arms on my piece of furniture. Ignacio was very nice and highly professional. He came out to my home and carefully placed my furniture piece in his van. Ignacio asked me what fabric color I would like to use for the trim which was very thoughtful of him. He did an amazing job of removing the damaged fabric and replacing it with my new fabric. He brought my re-upholstered furniture back to my home about 2 weeks later. Now my cat can enjoy her "furniture scratch pad routine" without doing any visible damage to it! Ignacio's professional fees to perform these specialized services were very reasonable. I highly recommend Ignacio and his excellent company (I & A Quality Upholstery) for any furniture fabric repairs.

Raphael looked at my couch and said he could fix and reinforce it. I mentioned that the couch was comfy but it was too low to the ground. And explained how he could address my issues and make the couch more functional for me. Build a foundation and add new sturdy and attractive legs. 1 week later, Raphael delivered my couch in beautiful shape with a strong frame and beautiful new legs, and foundation. They did an outstanding job. They have delivery service as well. I love the idea of reusing instead of putting this into a landfill. I highly recommend this company. He looked at our ducts briefly and to my surprise let me know that they appeared to be in "pretty good shape". He wrote me up a quote and after a very informative discussion we agreed that this project could wait. I was very impressed by Mike's honesty Feels like a vendor typically comes up with a reason to sell you their service whereas Mike did not. I was pleased to also know that Glimmer clean cleans upholstery and carpets. I'll definitely be calling Mike back to come and clean our carpets in the spring.

I reached out to Rodent Retreat specifically because they are a local veteran-owned business, not a franchise. The whole team was amazing. I was able to schedule an inspection right away, and the gentleman who came explained different options to humanely remove the raccoon and prevent any other critters (including field mice and roof rats) from getting to the house. Based on the services I selected, they came back several times to repair the eaves, seal up possible points of entry on the roof and around the foundation, set rodent traps in the attic and garage, and sanitize the attic. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly friendly and polite, communication was exceptional, and pricing is very reasonable, especially given the high quality of service. They really went above and beyond. I highly recommend Rodent Retreat!

We feel the amount should have been adjusted to the gravity of the situation in our the attic. We regret paying this much for just a couple of squirrels which, by the way, were not taken away as I had assumed, but only pushed out. They are still running around out backyard and we know it's only a matter of time before they will be back in the attic (or else they would not push for a warranty extension).
