I ordered the new "scratch resistant" fabric that was needed to cover both arms on my piece of furniture. Ignacio was very nice and highly professional. He came out to my home and carefully placed my furniture piece in his van. Ignacio asked me what fabric color I would like to use for the trim which was very thoughtful of him. He did an amazing job of removing the damaged fabric and replacing it with my new fabric. He brought my re-upholstered furniture back to my home about 2 weeks later. Now my cat can enjoy her "furniture scratch pad routine" without doing any visible damage to it! Ignacio's professional fees to perform these specialized services were very reasonable. Their service is great. They communicate via text and email. They had a wait time but they gave us the option of picking up the sectional when they were ready. So we were without the couch for less than a month instead of months while we were next in line. They made my sectional look brand new and contacted me about ways to make it look better. They did an outstanding job. They have delivery service as well. I love the idea of reusing instead of putting this into a landfill. I highly recommend this company.
