I ordered the new "scratch resistant" fabric that was needed to cover both arms on my piece of furniture. Ignacio was very nice and highly professional. He came out to my home and carefully placed my furniture piece in his van. Ignacio asked me what fabric color I would like to use for the trim which was very thoughtful of him. He did an amazing job of removing the damaged fabric and replacing it with my new fabric. He brought my re-upholstered furniture back to my home about 2 weeks later. The fabric is heavier than usual and the chairs have a shaped back, adding to the difficulty. In addition, there is cording along every seam. They look better than new! With additional padding and a charge for bringing our own fabric it was bit pricey, but now that we've seen the quality and felt the comfort we are extremely satisfied.
