She was super professional and prompt in all of her communication, was never late to a meeting, and proactively checked in with us the whole way through to make sure we were getting what we needed. On top of all of that, my wife and are literally died with joy when Leah showed us the beautiful aesthetic she hand-picked for our home. She helped us think of ways we could arrange our furniture and accent our theme (coastal modern-farmhouse btw) with both super simple tweaks as well as very tastefully chosen furniture pieces for each room. We had a couple of furniture pieces that were passed down from my mother and grandmother that we wanted to keep. The style did not fit with our new space but Rebecca had them refinished with a more modern look that worked perfectly with our new furniture. They listened to my needs and were amazing at giving me different choices and at times making changes to the plan to suit my taste. I was astonished at how Rebecca was able to integrate my great Grandmother's Asian table into the scheme as it has tremendous sentimental value to me. They asked what my budget was and they stayed within that budget. Everyone who walks into my home now are truly amazed and shocked at the transformation. Both of these designers are professional but personable too. I truly miss seeing their smiling faces once the process was finished. Recently - we ordered something and it had an issue - some mis-communication between me, my tile person and the sales staff and we ended up with the wrong item. Instead of trying to pin fault, Palm tile agreed to swap out our tiles. And when we did a replacement, the manufacturer sent the wrong thing. Since the issue was discovered during the pickup, they took care of the having the replacement delivered. However, during all this - Palm tile did all the right things, kept us in the loop and resolved the issue without causing us any stress. I very much doubt they made any money on our order and I suspect that they actually lost some money on it - but through this whole tile replacement process, they were committed to get us the right product and make us happy. This kind of customer centric focus is amazing and not all stores go to this level. During the order replacement process, we worked with David and he handled the whole thing without giving us any reasons to worry anytime during this process. However, in addition to making sure that our order was fixed, David is also very knowledgeable about the products. We needed something else too and he was very quickly able to suggest something that was a perfect match for what we had communicated as what we wanted. We also wanted a sample of something else and he personally got the sample from us. Overall - very impressed from the selection to the final order. With the experience we had, I would have zero hesitation in recommending Palm tile to anybody!
