Lux nails is always trying to charge you more. I can't trust a nail salon that isn't honest with how they charge you. I have moved on. Quality of the work is average. I am spending my money elsewhere.

For our appointment here, I called a day in advance to make an appointment for two and politely reconfirmed it was for two at the same time. When we got here we might as well have walked in. I was started first, which is fine since usually the next person is just a minute or two behind. It was a full THIRTY MINUTES before they started on my friend and I was completely finished before my friend was even past filing. I asked if I could sit in the chair and wait for her to finish before drying and I was not acknowledged in anyway and the manicurist just got up and walked away. But then, when my friend was done her manicurist also just got up and walked away. We sat there ignored for more than ten minutes and then shuffled ourselves over to the drying fans ourselves. The end result was okay but the overall experience won't elicit another visit from us.
