Me and my friend were getting gel manicures that said on the website they would be $30. When we got there, the sign said 37, which wasn't a big deal but still threw us off. We specifically asked for only gel, and then they gave my friend acrylic claiming it had to be put on top of the tips which they made extremely short. Also, we made our appointment for 4:15 and we started at 4:48 and 4:55. After spending and hour and 20 minutes, our nails were finished, and did not look good at all. They even switched our prices when paying and over charged us. After tipping 20% we confronted them about my friends nails and we had 4 different people yelling at us. After we had another adult come in trying to help us, and they claimed we should have been more responsible with checking prices, paying, and asking for what we wanted. They were also playing inappropriate movies including swears, deaths and violence while kids were in the building. Another customer commented on the violence and how they should switch it, and they did not listen. While we were there 9 people were in the salon and only 5 workers switching between all of us wasting our time and others time as well. The workers claimed that we showed them photos even though only one of us did and said we did what you asked in the for in the photo. We did not get the nails we kindly asked for and will not be returning again. The service might have been the worst nail service we have ever had. Do not recommend!!! read more

What a fantastic experience. I was a walk in because let's be honest who has time to plan self-care?!? Fanny G took me right in, wrapped my nails (removing gel) and started on my pedicure. My feet were in rough shape and she took extra time with them and even gave me some suggestions for upkeep. She was sweet and attentive the entire time, even "testing" to ensure I liked the colors. Manicure was equally as relaxing and well done. On a location note -- there is parking, a coffee spot near by and easy to get to. If you know where some of the places are in Milford for mani/pedis than you know this is a huge bonus. Will DEFINITELY be returning! read more

Went in with the wife for pedicures. They took simultaneously with no appointments. We didn't go to get nails clipped or painted but more so for calluses and dry foot maintenance :-) the bottom of my feet were so dry and cracked in the heel and after a soaking she went at it with THE CHEESE GRATER - then a salt scrub and finished with hot paraffin wax. Very nice. Feet are 90% better on the soles and another session in a month and they'll be A-OK. read more

Got the French dip and it came out uneven on the nail surface. One nail broke after 4 days and two other nails cracked after 6 days. They might be super good at other areas but I'd avoid getting the French nails ($55). Clean place and very nice people though. read more

There's another girl that's been there for a while. She's good but she'll put topcoat and the other coat and she will not do each individual. I went in for Freddy Krueger nails and they ended up not asking me about the yellow around the sign, didn't fill in the elm street sign area with color and put the m on the outside. She said that it was because I chose small nails but only told me my nails would be too small when she cut them already, I wish she had made me aware of the issue so I could've told her to make them big enough for the design.When other mail technicians would come up she would get frustrated with my nails and point to the picture and point to my nails obviously talking shit after I heard one girl laugh. My nails came out bulky and my thumb was cut up. As someone who stopped biting her nails as of last February, I suddenly became more attentive to taking better care of my nails and thus made a trip to a local nail place. This store is about a five minute drive from me, thus I go out of convenience. It's in this decrepit plaza that has... nothing. It used to be booming a good ten or so years ago, but now it makes a ghost town look cozy. All of the creepiness aside, the prices are cheap ( well, ok, I think they're cheap. Fifteen bucks for a manicure? Sold ). I've only had manicures done at this place and have gone a total of four times and have received a manicure from three different people. If you ever go there, ask specifically for one of the guys to do your nails. I had one of them do mine last summer and it last for well over a week. However, there is a woman there ( maybe the owner? not sure ), who has done my nails twice and it has to be the lousiest manicure I've received. The first time she over clipped my cuticles, which ensued to a lot of bleeding and many apologies on her behalf. It didn't bother me that much, but it still happened. This past Saturday I went and it looked great for a good couple of hours. Not even having the manicure for twelve hours, my nails were starting to chip. Come Monday, all of my nails were chipped to some degree. Dear lord, I could have done this to myself and it would have lasted longer! Sadly, they will not be receiving my business again anytime soon. However, do check it out. Just ask for one of the guys. Any of them, honestly. read more

THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!!! Salon experience of my life! DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!!!!! I waited 30 MINUTES to be rudely told "I don't feel like doing your nails today, now leave". When I walked in the salon I asked if they had time for a fill; one employee tells me it would be a twenty minute wait while the tech (who I think is the manager and who I have gone to multiple times) asks me if I would want to come back instead of having to wait there. I ask "Twenty minutes?" Confirming the time and the employee nodded yes as to which I replied "I don't mind waiting". So I sat down and patiently waited for my turn until the tech (manager) comes up to me with an extremely rude, unprofessional, dismissive attitude and tells me "I don't feel like doing your nails, now leave". No apologies, explaination as to why not or even just the decency of saying please. I will never return to this salon ever again and I strongly recommend no one else visits this extremely unprofessional business. They have horrible color selection, no ambiance at all and charge more on every service than all of their surrounding competitors.
