I love my hair stylist, Morgan. I've been going here for years. Morgan knows me so well. She has given me haircuts, bang trims, color, keratin treatments, and Brazilians. I always leave there happy. Matt the owner is very nice, always saids hello and asks how I am. The girls at the front desk are super nice and very helpful.if Morgan doesn't have time to shampoo me they always have the nicest people usually doing it who are working their way up to becoming a stylist. I have been maintaining extensions since August (6 months now), and each maintenance appointment is more fun than the last. Hair loss is a horrible feeling, but Whitney made it all better. So, I'm very protective of my hair. After some research, I decided to try this place out. Boy am I glad I did! My first appointment was to chop 18", style and balayage, lightening my natural blonde hair. Sarah Sorto worked her magic. She was patient, communicative and very personable. I went back recently to lighten my hair a bit more; the first time around I was headed to Mexico, Sarah suggested we start a little darker to prevent my hair from getting too light in the sun. I'm glad I waited to lightened it as much as I did. My second appointment with Sarah went just as smoothly. She was thorough and from the energy she put in, I can tell she's passionate about her work. This place is very clean, well-organized and conveniently located. This was my first time taking my daughter to get a haircut at this salon. Over the phone, I specifically requested an appointment with a stylist experienced with wavy hair, as my daughter wanted a layered cut with curtain bangs. My daughter left the salon with her hair still wet, as she doesn't like blow-drying. When we got home and her hair dried, we were shocked by the result. There was no layering, and the bangs were cut to the side in a way that didn't match the rest of the haircut. It looked completely unprofessional. When I made the appointment, I was told this stylist had 25 years of experience. Based on the quality of her work, it doesn't seem like she is a professional stylist at all. I do not recommend this salon and find it far from professional. read more

I originally made an appointment at Jessamondo Salon because I wanted a salon that uses Goldwell products. I was given an appointment for a color and cut with Diane. It's 6 months later and am still thrilled. Diane is an experienced professional who is a perfectionist. The salon is nicely setup so no one is squashed in. I had a manicure with Daisy when I had my last hair appointment and it was in a separate room. It was wonderful to have a thorough quality manicure. I highly recommend Daisy! read more

Next day Matt reached out to me. He sincerely apologized that I had a negative experience. He offered me a full refund, another session to correct the color and damaged hair treatment and a spa gift card. I really appreciated that he took his time to correct the problem and offer thoughtful accomodations. I respectfully declined the spa gift and another session since that is more than I am asking. Full service refund is enough for me to get the damage treament and color correction later. I bought a loreal color retouch spray and it somehow worked to cover the blond hair during workdays lol.... I already have various leave in products, hair oils and treatment products so was able to manage my hair staying hydrated and prevent further damages by appling them daily. My experience was incredible. I met with Tatiana for the first time and asked for an invisibly layered, a-line bob. She knocked it out of the park! The little tucked away lounge where they do the hair washing was so incredible. I have strange feelings about this place. I booked in advance for haircut and balayage. According to the website I had an approximate price ($300) in mind for that service. I need to mention that i was not asking for magor changes like going from black to platinum blond - only asked to stay within cold shades. Upon arrival i was told that my request cannot be implemented and will require additional treatments that will cost $600. I asked to do a single tone that will match my natural color - was told it can't be done as well. Finally stylist and I agreed on the plan and she left. (40 min. in since i came in) 20 min. later stylist came back with a full list report/ agreement that was discribing everything that we spoke about- i was shocked . I asked about the final cost and was surprised to see an admin coming over to discuss it with me. After more than 1 hour we finally were able to start. It was very disappointing to see that the stilyst was very annoyed while working with me, not talking and was doing her work pretty rough (pulling hairs all the time). I was very upset to see that the salon that claims to be "high end" is very dirty and all combs and brushes are packed wirh hairs. The final result was ok. But the overall experience was poor. Going to the hair salon must be a pleasant experience but mine was very disappointing. Team made me feel like it is my fault that i didn't want to pay $600 for haircut and highlights or maybe I'm too cheap for that place? Need to mention that my final ticket was $360 for a hair of a shoulder length read more

Not to toot my own horn but there was a period of time in my life when I was referred to as "bekki with the good hair". When you earn a title like that, you can't just go to any salon to receive your services. I needed to change my salon last year so I did extensive research to find a place that would keep my hair looking fresh and Jesamondo, despite being a solid 45 min away from my residence, seemed like the best bet. I made an appointment way in advance with Billy who is described as their "balayage specialist" for my standard balayage freshen up and cut. Billy was ready for me immediately after I arrived. He legit spent, no joke, probably at least 20 minutes discussing exactly what I wanted. He asked me for photos and specific questions about everything from how high I wanted the highlights, what tone I wanted, and more complex things I honestly didn't entirely understand. Normally, I'm shitting my pants in my chair for the multiple-hour duration of my appointment, especially with a new person, but after the "consultation" I felt confident that he knew exactly what I wanted AND, more importantly, knew what in the actual fuck he was doing. The appointment took forever, as balayage usually does, and even though I was hangry by the end of it (definitely eat before getting that shit done. trust me lmao), the time really flew by with how personable and charismatic Billy was. The final product was absolutely STUNNING. If you saw me after the appointment, you would legit think I was a fucking celebrity because of how gorgeous my hair was. I'm amazed by his incredible talent and I challenge you to find someone better. read more

The booking system online was very convenient and easy to use and I appreciated the reminder emails and texts. I was checked in and taken right away when I arrived for my appointment. I don't have enough positive words to describe my balayage experience with Billy yesterday. I can confidently say that it was the best hair styling appointment of my life. I have been coming to Jesamondo salon for a few years and have had generally decent to good experiences. But Billy is truly on the next level with overall customer experience and results. I will not be seeing anyone else going forward after the magical experience and amazing results. From the moment he greeted me he was warm smiles and friendly calming demeanor. He spent at least 10-15 minutes just going over what I was looking for, what I was possibly concerned about, helped me find pictures on google to explain, and made recommendations for toning based on my eye color and complexion. Not to mention it's just super fun to be in his chair; he has a teriffic personality. 11 out of 10 customer experience! It was truly a treat for the 4.5 hours I was there. Now on to the most important part, results...they are amazingI I couldn't be happier. I wanted to play it safe but still see a difference and he was able to strike that balance. Not to mention my hair seriously feels as healthy as the virgin hair I went in with practically. This was not the case with my previous balayage 3 years ago. My hair is naturally super straight and very silky. After that first balayage it was still relatively healthy, but by comparison to its normal state it felt like straw to me until it grew out about 2 years later. As a result, I was expecting that again, but there is definitely a difference between what Billy did and the last person. It's like he lifted it juuuust the right amount to get the results without doing any more damage to the cuticle than was necessary. Seriously ladies, run, don't walk to get in his chair. I just hope he doesn't book up longer than the 6 weeks I had to wait for this appointment haha. read more
