Do not trust him because he will not keep his word about fixing his mistakes or taking care of property that he defaces I'm and around your home.Take a look at my house in the pictures below: this damage is cement that he cut with a saw that splashed onto my house that he did not cover or protect; it is now stuck to the house and he would not clean it off: he kept telling me that he would be there tonight, then tomorrow, then he said not tonight but tomorrow and I finally gave up.
