I love the variety of items they carry, and the employees have always been friendly, and welcoming. They have an impressive selection of clothing, shoes, glassware, collectibles, furniture, and vintage treasures, and it's always interesting to browse. That said, the prices are much higher than what most people expect from a thrift store. Traditionally, thrift stores exist to provide affordable clothing and household items while supporting the community, especially during times when many families are trying to stretch their budgets. Unfortunately, many of the prices here feel much closer to what you'd find in an antique or resale shop. I would honestly suggest renaming it to something like "Bridge Resale Store" because I think that would better reflect what customers can expect. It's still a great place to shop if you're looking for unique or vintage items, but if you're expecting traditional thrift store pricing, you may leave disappointed. I enjoy visiting and appreciate the staff and the quality of the merchandise--I just wish the pricing better matched the mission and expectations that come with the word "thrift."

DeeLux is a family-owned resale store that offers a suitable selection of recycled clothing, shoes, & accessories. They operate on a Buy-Sell-Trade model (Cash 30% or trade 50%). They also sell new accessories, gifts, & greeting cards. The grand opening was June 28th. They also have two other shops - one in Claremont and the original in Orange County. The store is nicely curated and neatly organized. Items are reasonably priced and cheaper than Wasteland, which is next door. The tchotchkes are cute & witty. Reminds me of what you would find at Urban Outfitter. I'll be sure to stop in on a regular basis to check out new inventory or if I need a unique gift.

The moment I stepped into the store, I felt discriminated against and looked down upon. I was asked to check in my personal belongings upon arrival by a blonde girl with the unfriendliest attitude. She was very dismissive & didn't seem concerned with making my experience pleasant. Every other customer was allowed to carry their belongings with them and I couldn't help but notice that I was the only person of color in the store when this happened. I felt extremely uncomfortable and discriminated against considering that I've been a customer at this business before and this never seemed to be a problem. As a Latina, I find this behavior interesting coming from a business claiming their Mexican heritage on their front door.
