I wasn't expecting as many "retro styled" items, meaning either new t-shirts featuring 80s music or repurposed thrift items now adorned to look like they were vintage 80s. This place is truly an amazing trip back to nostalgia. My husband and I went there to go shopping and bought several records from this place. We had an arm load going back to the car. The owners are truly friendly and amazing and keep this place stocked full of items. they've got jewelry , they've got clothing, they've got music, they've got it all. The name and outside store front was enough to draw us in to check this place out. Immediately when you walk in you see the ceiling lined with cool rock posters and the vibe is all about music and the 80's. Very retro goth feel about everything in the store. The entire center of the store - 1 aisle down and 1 aisle back up the other side - was dedicated to retro clothing that seemed to be virtually all (if not all) related to music/bands/singers/concerts. Around the edges of the store were tons of additional clothes. At the back side of the store were some shoes that caught my wife's attention. Evan a small makeshift changing room could be found in the back of the store. Really cool! Check in on YELP had a $5 off coupon that we used on the couple of shirts and sticker that we got. Also, prices were really reasonable and the staff working (1 guy) was really nice and helpful. Really glad we popped into this place to check it out. read more

Extremely disappointed. I drove 30 mins and arrived during business hours. There was a sign on the door that they were open but if no one was there to text a specific phone number. I did. Twice. Drove a long distance to get here because of the positive reviews and we were looking for a fun place to shop. This place was nothing like I expected. It was dark, with creepy manikins in the windows. I was with my teenage daughters and the vibe made us uncomfortable when we walked in. I wish I hadn't spent the time to drive there. If creepy and dark is what you are looking for, this is the place for you. The owners clearly curate these positive reviews because my last review was removed for "lack of detail". Yelp is full of reviews from fake accounts, so it just ruins the integrity of the platform further if owners systematically remove reviews from authentic users, simply because they don't like what I have to say. read more

This little shop of horrors harkens back to a time when Siouxsie ruled and Peter Murphy Wasn't a meth head. It's like stepping back into a shop on Melrose circa 1987. Love it. I live a hop, skip, and a stones throw away from this place and I rarely get to visit. It's an amazing little shop located right on Colorado Boulevard. I've been here a couple of times, and am so enticed by all the trinkets and fun gear! I even purchased my lucky Misfits pens I use from here. Unfortunately, lost the pens, but gives me a great excuse to return again! :) They have the BEST t-shirt collection EVER. I ALWAYS come here for super cool vintage pieces to add to my work wardrobe! I find it challenging to add statement pieces to my everyday attire for work (hairdresser outfits that still have some jazz to it) so I come here and scope out the racks every now and then. Clothing here is well taken care of. They are precleaned. They sell unique stickers to deck out your car or laptop. Highly recommend Meowmeowz if you wanna add culture to your closet. read more

As a huge fan of The Cure, I couldn't believe that they had original concert t shirts! This is definitely a place I would visit more often if I was closer, and fortunately for me, I have business in Pasadena more often than before so I will be able to make a pit stop.
