He wanted to go in the attic and I said it wasn't really big enough for him to go into it just like a crawlspace where he could see. The entire process was remarkable in that, unlike others, Dave kept his appointments on schedule. He personally inspected the roof and delivered a review of his proposal in tremendous detail. He has a warehouse with all of the material he needed for my roof, so no excuses about shipping delays, cost escalations or backorders. He promised a mid May installation and actually came a week early. He even got the building permit from the Town, which some other contractors seem to forget. His crew was well-prepared, setting up tarps to keep the old roofing out of the shrubs and lawn, got the entire roof (36 squares) done by around 4:00 pm. Clean up was impeccable.
